John has performed as a soloist with the Swedish Chamber Orchestra, the Estonian National Symphony, the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, the Trondheim Symphony of Norway, the St. Louis Symphony and the London Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Patitucci has been involved in education for many years, writing books, making instructional videos and giving master classes around the world. John was formerly the Artistic Director of The Bass Collective, a specialized school in New York and a Professor of Music at The City College of New York from 2002-2012. It all started when his parents bought him The Beatles "A Hard Day's Night" 45 single at the age of 4. This grew into 15,000+ LPs by the age of 20. However, his gifts were in the world of business, tech, and entrepreneurial pursuits, thus leading to the launch of Red Trumpet, a pioneering pure pay eCommerce company in the entertainment retail space in 1999. Being a thought leader in the industry led him to Tower Records, where as President led them through into a post-bankruptcy rebranding and renaissance that reignited the cultural icon. After leaving Tower he became Executive Producer of a TV show "In One Room", partnering with Ray Kennedy and has been involved with the music industry on many levels since. With over 20 years as a Senior Executive in the international marketplace, Richard is now a purpose-driven advisor with True Advisory Group, a new company with a mission to help people transform their lives and businesses while maintaining the mandatory balance to success. His current hobbies include a social presence with All Things Music Plus+, music history with 60,000 friends. Richard and his wife Mary have four children and reside in Spring Garden, PA.

Tim McKenna

Tim McKenna is an award-winning production manager with Live Nation with over 30 years experience. He has a strong desire to share his passion for the live events industry with the next generation. Tim began his career in 1979 at the legendary Paradise Theater (now Paradise Rock Club) in Boston. Starting as a stagehand and lighting assistant, he worked his way up to Lighting Director. In 1984 he became the Production Manager and held this post until 2009. In 1989, he started doing theater, arena and stadium shows for the Don Law Company. From 1991-2007 he was the Production Manager for the Avalon Nightclub on Lansdowne Street across from Fenway Park. In 1997 he became the Associate Production Manager of Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts. Now known as the Xfinity Center, the venue is consistently rated as one of the top amphitheaters in the country. In 2008 Tim oversaw the demolition of the Avalon and the construction of the Boston House of Blues. This state-of-the-art nightclub received the Billboard Nightclub of the year and has topped Pollstar's list of Top Nightclubs numerous times. In 2015, Tim won the Tour Link "Top Dog" award for Promoter Rep of the Year for 2014. For the last 10 years, Tim has taught a course in Venue and Production Management at the New England Institute of Art. He also guest lectures at Berklee College of Music and Northeastern University.

Tim Smith is an alumnus of the University of Miami class of 1979 with a bachelors in studio music and jazz, and later a 2015 alumnus of the Frost School of Music's master's degree in jazz performance.
