Anthony Perez

Anthony is an Air Force veteran who served as a crew chief on C-17's for four years. His passion for aviation and desire to expand his knowledge led him to pursue an A&P license to continue to work on aircraft. Anthony brings a deep understanding of aircraft systems, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to the YAO team.

Greg Spicka

Greg owned his own motorcycle and ATV repair business for twenty-five years. In 2017, he was offered a position as operations manager at a local airport. As he had a background in aviation and missed that life, Greg closed up his repair shop and took it. Greg transformed the department from red to profitable, and excelled in customer service. He retired in 2021 and began to help a friend working on Falcon jets from time to time while still dabbling in motorcycle repair. Seeing that York Aviation needed line help, Greg came out of retirement for some fun. Greg enjoys flying, riding motorcycles and ATVs, and is a published author.

Gregory Miller

Gregory has had a lifelong interest in aviation and WWII aviation history. He spent 25 years in the retail sector prior to joining the York Aviation team. Gregory works the morning line service shift and has been with the airport for over 4 years. One of his hobbies is flying RC aircraft, and he is a member of the Stoverstown Fliers. He also enjoys railroading, being a musician, and his coffee.

Jody Baker

Jody has been a York Aviation team member for over 20 years. Between her business school training from York Technical Institute and years of dispatch and call center experience before joining the team, her transition to coordinating arrangements for flight crews and passengers and communicating information on the UNICOM was natural. Jody is a valued team member ready to employ her experience and skill to meet your airside and travel requirements. Mark Tomlinson

Job Titles:
  • General Manager
Mark started working part-time with York Aviation in 1992, rejoining the team in 2002 after serving as an Avionics Technician in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, he graduated from aviation electronics schools at both NAS Millington, TN, and NAS Miramar, CA, and went on to troubleshoot F-14, F/A-18, S-3B, and E/A-6B avionics aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) during one overseas deployment cycle. He earned the Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Aviation Enlisted Warfare Specialist designation, and logged one trap in a C-2 Greyhound. Mark also has "big airport" FBO experience, having worked the busy ramps at both Las Vegas McCarran (KLAS) and Harrisburg International Airports (KMDT). So if you show up in anything from a Cessna 150 to a Boeing 767, you can be rest assured that Mark has the experience and knowledge to service your aircraft with precision and timeliness - to ensure you and your passengers have a pleasant stop in York, PA.

Mike Kopp

  • Airport Facilities Manager
Approaching 10 years of service, Mike enjoys working in his position as an airport operations specialist. Typically, you'll see him out and about the airfield attending to such things as maintaining navigational aids, troubleshooting and repairing various airfield systems, and addressing a multitude of airport property and building maintenance issues. Mike enjoys flying radio control model aircraft and volunteering his assistance to those new to the hobby. He holds a recreational pilot certificate and has been fortunate enough to fly aerobatics in an AT-6 Texan. Other activities include finger style guitar, sailing, and windsurfing.

Sheri Miller

Sheri has been a part of the York Aviation team for over 30 years. She works directly with dispatchers, flight crews, and passengers to ensure their travel and ground support needs are met while visiting the area. She earned an Associate Degree in Business and has used her time at York Aviation to develop strong relationships with local hotels and car rental agencies to get the best rates and quickest service for our clients. With over three decades of experience, Sheri will fulfill your lodging, transportation, and airside requirements so your itinerary flows smoothly.
