The Yorkshire Ouse Sailing Club was founded in 1938 and has a picturesque club house on the site of a former ferry. The club is affiliated to the RYA and runs regular training days during the summer. The instructor team can teach and issue RYA Dinghy Level 1 and 2 in addition to Powerboat Level 2 and Safety boat training.
