Alan Dickins

Alan was a partner in Thomson Snell & Passmore from 1994 to 2012 and rejoined the firm as a Consultant in 2019. Alex is a real estate lawyer based in Thomson Snell & Passmore's Thames Gateway office, specialising in commercial property investment and asset management matters. Alex joined Thomson Snell & Passmore in 2011 and was listed as a ‘Rising Star' in Super Lawyers London under ‘Commercial Property' in 2013 before being promoted to Partner in 2018. Prior to joining Thomson Snell & Passmore, he was at City-based law firm Speechly Bircham (now Charles Russell Speechlys) where he had also trained. Alex has written articles and hosted round-table discussion events about issues affecting the regeneration of the Thames Gateway (North Kent) region, and between 2012 - 2021 was an external governor at North Kent College (including serving a maximum two terms as Chair).

Alisa is an experienced Real Estate Partner who heads up our Food and Drink sector at Thomson Snell & Passmore. She has approximately 30 years of experience of advising a variety of clients on all aspects of real estate but particularly on Landlord and Tenant matters. Alisa enjoys cultivating a close working relationship with clients guiding them through the world of Real Estate to help them achieve their commercial objectives enabling them to focus on their day to day business. Before becoming a trainee paralegal, Alison worked within the Residential Conveyancing Department as a Legal Secretary for 19 years, assisting one of the Equity Partners. Annika specialises in supporting clients with brain injuries, and their families, to live as independent lives as possible, by assisting with the management of their financial affairs. Annika Manages high value clinical negligence and personal injury damages awards on behalf of clients who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, including cerebral palsy. Annika works to build collaborative relationships with all her clients, their families and their wider multidisciplinary teams, in order to achieve outcomes which are in their best interests. Anthony is a banking and finance lawyer who has significant expertise in Corporate M&A and Real Estate Finance. He has extensive experience of working with lenders and borrowers across a range of complex banking and finance transactions both domestic and international.
