Dr Emmanuel Ako is a Consultant Cardiologist with a specialist interest in Coronary Intervention and the treatment of coronary artery disease. He also has expertise in cardiovascular complications in Haemoglobinopathies such as Thalassaemia and Sickle Cell disease. He works at both Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Brompton Hospital NHS Trust. Dr Ako is active in clinical education and research, is principal investigator on several cardiology studies and has expertise in simulation-based training in cardiology. He has published various articles, presented at national and international conferences and is a frequent speaker in public engagement workshops internationally.
Dr Tanika Kelay is an academic psychologist with expertise in driving educational innovations in clinical and healthcare settings. Dr Kelay has held posts at Imperial College London and University College London, where she has led the development and implementation of training and evaluation programmes for healthcare professionals at Imperial, Chelsea & Westminster and Royal Brompton NHS hospitals.
Ian Russell is a well-known author, speaker and advisor. He is the the CEO and Founder of Disrupting Consultancy Pty, and his corporate career includes the role of CEO of BCX, Africa's largest technology company. He is focused on leveraging technology and education for the benefit of the youth of South Africa.

Lara's design career spans 20 years working in small agencies, large corporates and leading the EY South Africa in-house design studio.
