James Menon

James works as a trainee at Fletcher Sports Law. He assists the senior members of the team with a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. James is currently completing his training contract with Fletcher Sports Law, and is due to qualify as a solicitor in April 2024. James assists the senior members of the team with both contentious and non-contentious matters within both sports and media. James graduated from Durham University (LLB) in 2021 and then studied the LPC LLM at BPP University where he finished in the top 1% of 1,200 candidates. Outside of law, James enjoys watching sports, football and rugby in particular, and is constantly seeking new ways to challenge himself whilst seeking an adventure, whether it is surfing, cold-water swimming or skydiving.

Olivia Vince

Olivia works as a trainee solicitor at Fletcher Sports Law, having previously work for the firm as a paralegal whilst undertaking her Masters in Law. Olivia assists the senior members of the team advising high profile influencers, celebrities, agents, clubs and athletes on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Paul Fletcher - Managing Director

Paul has been ranked in both Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 as a leading individual within Sport for a number of years. Paul is the Managing Director of Fletcher Sports Law and has over 20 years experience of providing tailored legal advice to his sporting clients. Paul is particularly well-renowned within the sports industry for advising UK based and foreign agents / intermediaries, clubs and brands, as well as some of the most high profile players in world football, on a whole host of issues ranging from playing contracts and transfers to representation agreements, regulatory matters and disputes, to name but a few. Beyond football, Paul is regularly instructed by clients from other sports such as Rugby Union, Rugby League, Cricket, Snooker, Darts, Boxing and Golf to advise on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. In addition to his established sports practice, Paul is frequently instructed by clients to advise on strictly commercial matters and corporate transactions including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and service agreements
