When Frugal IT first started to trade, a client with whom we have a good relationship contacted Brother UK directly to ask them to set Frugal IT up as a Public Sector Partner as he wanted to deal with Frugal IT for all the printers purchased for their CCG (this was one of the biggest CCG's in London). Moving forward, it has mainly been word of mouth from our clients that has helped to build the business for which we will be eternally grateful.
