Andy has been in the accountancy profession since 1985 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1997. Andy joined the practice in September 2001 from a Manchester based firm and became a partner in January 2002.
He has been a major force in helping establish the practice in the Bolton area and represents the ACCA at "Working Together" meetings with HMRC.
Andy has vast experience of acting for all types of clients, but in particular he has specialised in dealing with more substantial owner managed SME's including several McDonalds Restaurant franchises.
Andy believes in keeping close contact with clients in order to give added value to their businesses and has developed a large network of business and finance contacts enabling him to offer a complete assistance and advice service to all clients as and when needed.
Outside of the office Andy is a passionate Bolton Wanderers fan and has a keen interest in all types of sports although mostly from the armchair these days, one exception being skiing where he has been known to take the odd tumble.
