Alexis Bailey joined 360Leaders in January 2022, having previously worked in the global practice at Stratum International, delivering C-suite and board level appointments for public and privately owned mining companies. She began her career in search at a start-up technology firm as one of the first employees, where she helped build new business verticals, onboarding and maintaining key clients whilst building a strong network.

Carl Schreiter

Carl is an experienced coach and adviser with more than 20 years in communications and business development coaching. His distinctive approach is transformational and ensures that decision makers and key communicators consistently achieve the best possible results in all critical communications. He delivers his work combining ancient wisdom of the Greek and Roman oratory tradition with modern science and research based analysis, enabling business leaders to improve their persuasive powers and influence people in a way that drives the right decisions and behaviours. His areas of expertise include presentations, media interviews, pitching, fund raising and the ideation and development of messaging and value propositions. Carl has extensive experience coaching and advising board level decision makers across a wide selection of industries ranging from TMT through banking to high value manufacturing. His lively, challenging and robust style brings confidence and solid practical guidance to clients and is designed to give immediate and long-lasting results. Recent and current clients include high profile corporations, start-ups, entrepreneurs and professional services organisations. Carl also acts on behalf of Private Equity and VC firms, coaching and advising portfolio management teams in the areas of trade sale presentations and ‘beauty parades'. Catherine de la Poer

Catherine is a leadership coach, with a 20+ year career in senior commercial roles, within the media and recruitment industries. She has extensive experience working in start-ups/ fast growth businesses and generating revenue and profit from scratch. Pragmatic, reflective, with a commercial edge, best describe her coaching style. Catherine works with clients to motivate, build confidence and generate ideas to move their careers and businesses forward. Emotional intelligence (EQ) forms the centre piece of her coaching approach. Catherine's early career began in B2B publishing, where she worked for the multi-award winning Human Resources Magazine, as well as overseeing the successful launch of Global HR Magazine. Catherine was part of the founding team for the multi-million dollar technology start-up, Vibrant Media. She was a key member of its global management team and enjoyed a successful 8-year tenure, growing the European and North American businesses. More recently, she completed her postgraduate certificate in business and personal coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Daniel Sheen

Dan joined 360Leaders in 2021 and is a Partner in our London office. He brings over 12 years of experience in organisational strategy and transformation. Prior to 360Leaders, Dan was on the management team at Humatica, where he focused on organisational strategy projects for PE portfolio companies. Dan started his careers as a strategy consultant at Marakon, advising PLCs on their corporate and business unit strategies. Dan holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Kristina Zienko - CFO

Kristina joined 360Leaders in 2022 with extensive all-round finance experience in planning, analysis and reporting. She worked in-house across the restaurant space, at brands including Loungers and Côte Brasserie, before moving to the high-growth food startup Mindful Chef. She secured a first in BSc (Hons) in Human Sciences from University College London (UCL) and has been ACA-qualified since 2011.

Madeleine Astell

Madeleine is an experienced Consultant with a background in technology recruitment in Scandinavia. She specialises in the Stockholm talent eco-system, within FinTech, gaming, retail and SaaS. Madeleine studied Business & Administration at Stockholm University and Geneva School of Economics and Management. She also has a Diploma in HR Management and is certified in OPQ32, MAP and Matrigma.

Martin is the CEO and Co-founder of 360Leaders. Since the dotcom boom of 1998, Martin has been building boards and management teams for some of the fastest growing companies in tech. Having worked in the world of startups, Martin has specialist knowledge in development, scaling and talent acquisition. He also advises PE/VC firms around hiring and leadership development. Martin devotes his time to the startups of tomorrow by sharing advice and insights through keynote sessions and the 360Leaders CEO Academy.

Mike Greatwood

Mike has been Leading, coaching, mentoring and supporting business leaders and senior managers for over 20 years. Having acquired, grown, led, rationalized and turned around a number of small and large businesses & divisions, as SD, MD and latterly as HR & PD Director (for a FTSE 100 technology services company), Mike has always focused on developing the single most important asset within each organization - the people. Mike has delivered high impact, long-term coaching support and strategic, growth focused, facilitation and consultancy projects for a range of small, medium and large technology focused clients. Victoria Macpherson
