He has worked extensively in Europe, North America, Australasia and the Middle East, typically managing teams of people from many different business environments, countries and cultures. Colin believes the key to success is ensuring client expectations are clearly defined and stakeholder communication aligned. He thrives on creating a team environment, with suppliers and clients working towards a common goal. His focus on achieving key project milestones to budget, is aided by high commercial acumen coupled with a pragmatic approach to tackling on-site challenges.
