Angie Watchus

Angie Watchus has been a Trainer since 2006, delivering vocational and professional training throughout Kent on both commercial and community-based projects. A qualified Tutor and Assessor, Angie specialises in Health and Social Care, in addition, she also delivers compliance and management training. Angie is passionate about allowing the delegates the opportunity to improve themselves and takes the lead in empowering delegates to succeed in their chosen field. Angie is an engaging trainer and consistently delivers a high standard of training as is the ethos of Social Enterprise Kent.

Gina English

Gina English has been working in a sales and customer service role for her entire career and she is passionate about giving the best customer service to everyone she works with. Working within the training team to support them in finding new business she believes that training is essential for learners & businesses to continue to improve themselves and their workforce. Gina is passionate about working for Social Enterprise Kent (SEK) and is happy to spread the word about SEK and all of the wonderful training we can provide for Kent Businesses. "Our team of trainers are exceptional; we deliver relatable impactful training courses and the training component of the business ensure's SEK can secure funding to deliver our amazing community projects improving our communities and supporting local people and businesses."

Matthew Saxena

Matt has been with Social Enterprise Kent (SEK) since June 2020 and has had several roles within SEK. Matt has many years of experience in Voluntary, Charity, and Social Enterprise (VCSE), Employability, Retail, Hospitality, and contract management. Matt is a strong believer in supporting people to achieve all their potential. Matt has a strong belief in the ‘Improving Lives, Supporting Communities' mission of SEK and believes that the training offered by SEK to individuals and organisations is the best way to support everyone on their journey to improve their situations.

Maxine Deacon

Maxine started her career in the customer accounts department of an insurance company and throughout her time with them, progressed through the ranks and then diversified into Training and Process Re-engineering. She then changed career to work in a school environment teaching across EYFS and KS2, enjoying a varied career supporting SEND children and classes as a whole. Her claim to fame is running an interschool chess competition which involved 164 children (taking 3 months of lunchtime matches) to find the King or Queen of the school! Maxine has been with SEK since February 2021 and has worked hard on revamping the booking process and website.

Peter Tomlinson

Peter has been with Social Enterprise Kent since June 2018 having worked in a number of roles prior to this one. Peter has worked in the Voluntary, Charity and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector for over 20 years with a number of local and national organisations. Peter studied at the University of Ulster and completed the Developing Managers Programme and a postgraduate advanced diploma in "Sustainability in the Third Sector", he is passionate about helping people, overseas development and travel.

Sebastian Reilly

Sebastian Reilly has been a Trainer for over a decade, delivering vocational and professional training throughout East Kent on both commercial and community-based projects. A qualified Tutor and Assessor, Sebastian specialises in First Aid as well as confidence-building and is as comfortable delivering Moving and Handling training as he is teaching Microsoft Excel. Sebastian believes in giving others the opportunities to improve themselves and takes the lead in empowering delegates to succeed. Having previously worked in management within education and the private sector, and with extensive teaching and supportive experience, Sebastian is a focused and engaging Trainer who consistently delivers excellent results and is passionate about working for Social Enterprise Kent.
