Joel Tampien is an Army veteran. Acting as the Senior Logistics Advisor for his Special Forces Battalion, Joel acquired the discipline and dynamic leadership skills distinct to military officers, leading hundreds of soldiers and dealing with multi-million dollar operational budgets. After graduating from Whitworth University and spending 6 years in the military, he decided to transition to the Army Reserves and return home to the Inland Northwest where he could continue to serve his country while serving his community. His next challenge was to start 4 Degrees Real Estate with someone he respected and admired immensely, his older brother Jordan. Joel brings his background of leadership and tactical problem solving to his role as the CEO of 4 Degrees. He is always looking for his next adventure and lives in Spokane with his wife Julie and their three children Beau, Bailey, and Ben.
