Reign Robotics is a unique community made up of young women with a wide variety of backgrounds and passions. Our school's commitment to education of the whole person, academic honesty, and acceptance of all has been instrumental in the development of our team. We are the only all-girls team in Washington and strive to encourage more female representation in typically male-dominated STEM fields. This unique aspect gives us both the opportunity and the obligation to give a voice to young women... Through the challenges of FIRST Robotics Competition, we foster a strong community and lasting bonds within our team. In the most basic sense, our goal is to give students a welcoming environment where they can meet peers and mentors who inspire them, gain confidence in themselves, and become the kind of women the future calls for...
