We are a friendly BTF affiliated triathlon club based in Sevenoaks. We have a busy weekly schedule of training sessions including a core programme consisting of four coached swims, a coached run and three club rides; coached strength & conditioning and turbo sessions in the off-season; and lake swimming just before and during the main competition season.
