Audrey Manning

Audrey Manning, M.Ed., has served in leadership roles for most of life. As a bold entreprener she owned and operated several successful for-profit businesses. As a proven and decisive administrator and manager she has held key positions in government agencies and public corporations. As an action-oriented leader she founded and served as executive director for a non-profit organization. As a principled educator she functioned in higher education as an adjunct faculty member and program administrator. Audrey has a wealth of expertise as a management coach, which she uses in her role with ACI to help individuals identify the skills, abilities and knowledge needed to advance careers, improve the quality lives, and achieve goals. She is an avid optimist who embraces change, adapts as needed, and can lead others in understanding the opportunities change presents.

Liz Taber

Liz Taber is a Consultant with Adaptive Career Institute in Phoenix. She has spent the majority of her professional career in Early Childhood ranging from overseeing several Early Childhood programs, guiding student to degree completion in Higher Education and Providing Early Childhood community-base training for professionals in the Early Childhood field. She also has provided coaching and mentoring services to Early Childhood professionals. Which include developing process, procedures to establish a successful business plan. Liz has a Master Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University. She is also a member of NAEYC. She has also been a presenter at several Strategic Solutions Conferences held in Glendale, Arizona. She has also been a Professional Development Specialist, in Arizona for over five years.

Regina Holzbaur

Regina Holzbaur has been in the early care and education industry for over 20 years. She initially worked in the public school sector concentrating on special education and community education programs. As a seasoned entrepreneur Regina has also owned and operated a full service for profit child care center and a half day preschool program. Her career has included being an Adjunct Faculty member at several Arizona colleges, a CDA Mentor, and an Education Coach. Her personal goal is to improve the field of early care and education and work with individuals to reach their education and professional development goals.

Susan Mejia

Accomplished subject matter expert in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Higher Education, and Coaching services who can review program requirements and industry standards to develop curriculum designed to prepare the workforce. Susan Mejia has more than 25 years' experience as an early childhood professional. Ms. Mejia is experienced as a bilingual education instructor. She is an expert in the use of brain development, child development skills, working with exceptional children, and positive guidance. Her career goal is to support the healthy development of children through the education of adults. Her passion is to promote education and help others provide a healthy and developmentally appropriate environment for all children.
