Brady joined the Alliance team in May 2022 and is a native of Biglerville, Adams County (Go Canners!). Brady brings a wealth of workforce development knowledge to the team. His primary focus will be engaging the business community throughout Adams County. Prior to his workforce development career, Brady was in the Peace Corps and lived for 2 years in the Federated States of Micronesia in the Pacific Ocean. He attended Future Generations University and earned a Masters of Applied Community Development. Brady resides in Biglerville with his wife and two children.

Ed joined the Alliance in 2018, after 41 years in the commercial banking industry where he enjoyed a successful career throughout Adams and Franklin Counties. The Alliance is fortunate to have Ed's knowledge and expertise to assist with the financing process. Ed resides with his wife in Chambersburg and their 2 cats, Fritz and Chloe.

A native of Gettysburg, Adams County, Kaycee is a certified economic developer through the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association. Kaycee began her career in 1999 with ACEDC as the office assistant and is now the Vice President of the organization. Kaycee assists businesses with financing options for real estate and machinery/equipment purchases. She is currently earning her Masters in Applied Community Development from Future Generations University. Kaycee resides in Maryland with her two Boston Terriers, Beau and Cade.

Raised in Adams County, Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development from Penn State University and is a certified economic developer through the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association. Robin brings 20 years of experience in land development, redevelopment, financing and relationship building to the Alliance's team. Robin resides in Gettysburg with her family whom she is most proud, and her two dogs, Lincoln and Butter.

Raised in Liberty Township, Adams County, Wendy manages the day-to-day operations of the Alliance and our professional office building located in the Adams Commerce Center. Wendy is available to assist you, our investors, board members and community partners with general questions and information. She resides in Gettysburg with her family and beloved family dog, Bubba.
