Joerg Kaib - CFO

Joerg Kaib is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Adient Aerospace and managing director of the German entity. Joining in 2017 as a founding member of the Executive Leadership team, he is responsible for all the company's financial activities and compliance. Joerg has more than 20 years' experience in finance. He joined the finance team at Johnson Controls in 2000 and transferred to Adient's finance team after the company's spinoff from Johnson Controls in 2016. During his time in the automotive industry Joerg has served several roles in finance & controlling and developed extensive knowledge in financial management and leadership. Joerg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in Germany.

Karen Van Dyke

Karen Van Dyke leads the company's global human resources as Senior Director of Human Resources and is also the Board Secretary for Adient Aerospace. In this role, she has led the company in creating an internal Human Resources organization including the onboarding of new talent during a period of increased growth. Karen joined Adient Aerospace in 2020 with more than 25 years of human resources experience. She started her career in Human Resources with 10 years at Continental Airlines, she has also worked for ARCO and has lead Human Resources teams in other various industries. Karen earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach. She has served as a member on the California State University, Long Beach Human Resources Advisory Board, the Brandman University Advisory Board and the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF) Advisory Board. She serves as the Board President of the SeaGate Association.

Kevin Waters

Kevin Waters joined Adient Aerospace in December 2021 as Vice President, Engineering and Certification. He is responsible for the alignment and technological growth of the engineering team. Kevin has a strong focus on engineering design and quality execution to support the market demands of the aerospace seating industry. Previously, Kevin was responsible for all new Seat Development and Testing at Safran Seats USA. Prior to that, he worked for 17 years in various product development and leadership roles at Fiat Chrysler. His early design career in the automotive industry, coupled with his aerospace experience aligns precisely with the multi-industry foundation of Adient Aerospace. Kevin earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the Northbrook College of Technology in West Sussex, England.

Michael Rowen - COO

Michael Rowen is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Adient Aerospace, with global responsibility over all manufacturing sites. He joined Adient Aerospace in 2021 to scale the organization from its start-up business class seat introduction into a global organization working down its billion-dollar production backlog. Michael has 35 years in aerospace experience including Quality, Product and Manufacturing Engineering; Program Management; Site Management; and Supply Chain strategic sourcing. He started his career at Moog Inc. in military and commercial primary and secondary flight controls for their Aircraft Group. His career included 12-years as an Operations & Site Manager, an over-seas facility construction assignment, and developing a global low-cost supply chain for commercial flight hardware. Rowen holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo, and his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with an operations focus from Canisius College in New York.

Stephanie Faulk

Tony Guy - CEO

He is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong background in operations and manufacturing. Tony started with C&D Aerospace in 1992, staying with the company for thirty years through multiple acquisitions, working in roles in program management, operations management and leadership. His career included 2-years as a Chief Operating Officer and 4-years as the Executive Vice President of Safran Cabin. Tony's extensive career in aerospace, coupled with his experience in creating a new business class furniture division that grew from $0 to $120M over a five year period, aligns precisely with the current growth and direction of Adient Aerospace. He has a proven track record of helping teams achieve successful results of strategic initiatives, by implementing and using best in class practices for quality and continuous improvement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara. Tony Guy is Adient Aerospace's chief executive officer (CEO), joining the company in 2023.

Trystan Parry

Trystan Parry is a founding member of Adient Aerospace joining in 2017, where he serves as Vice-President of Sales, Product and Customer Support. He helped develop the entire business class product range, and customer order book from a clean sheet into a successful customer portfolio of multiple high-end seating products and focuses today on the entire customer relationship. Prior to joining Adient Aerospace, Trystan held various senior positions at Zodiac Aerospace for nearly twenty years, from engineering roles to the Vice President of Business Development for the seats division. He holds an Aeronautical Engineering Bachelor's degree from the University of Wales.
