The Internal Auditor shall functionally reports to the Audit Committee and administratively to the Chief Executive Officer. Functional reporting shall mean that the Audit Committee approves the internal audit charter, risk assessment and related annual audit plan. It also includes reports on different issues and concerns outside of the normal audit that the Chief Internal Audit Officer believes important and significant. Administrative reporting is a reporting relationship that facilitates the day to day operations of internal audit function such as budgeting and management accounting, human resource administration including evaluation and compensations, internal communications and information flows, and administration of the AMPC policies and procedures.
Responsible and accountable for the efficient and effective functioning of the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the cooperative. This includes the day-to-day record maintenance, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the financial reporting function and tax preparation.
