Robyn Sandoval is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of A Girl & A Gun. She is a Firearms Instructor (NRA, USCCA, Rangemaster, TCC, AG & AG), Range Safety Officer, and has trained under many notable instructors. She competes in several sports and disciplines and is a frequent speaker at national conferences and podcasts on gun-related issues. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Women for Gun Rights and meets with members of Congress. Robyn shares her advocate journey from gun control to gun rights, and famously says, "Moms who make demands to take our rights don't speak for moms like me." She was on the cover of TIME magazine and her story is on display at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West Museum in Cody, WY. For her advocacy work, she has been honored with the Defender of Liberty Award from the Second Amendment Foundation. To educate and encourage women about firearm usage, safety, and promote women's shooting interest and participation in the competitive shooting sports.

Sandra Woodruff - COO

Sandra Woodruff is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of A Girl & A Gun. She is a Firearms Instructor (Rangemaster, TCC, NRA TC, USCCA TC, State of Texas, AG & AG) and has been the Facilitator of the North Austin TX Chapter for many years. Prior to the COO role, she served the State of Texas for nearly 35 years. In her position as Deputy Director of Fiscal Management at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, she led the State's efforts to modernize the back office and played a key role in deploying an Enterprise Resource Management System across the state, ensuring the Comptroller's Statewide Financial Systems were operating effectively, setting fiscal policy, and leading several technological transformations. Sandra provides strategic and project management solutions on key initiatives.

Tatiana Whitlock is the Director of Training for A Girl & A Gun. She has trained with the top names in the firearms industry and prides herself on being a dedicated student of the craft. As a Firearms Instructor, she teaches nationwide working with men, women, and youth to establish a real-world foundation of firearm skills, safety, and situational awareness. Tatiana is a member of the Walther Arms Defense Team, and also serves as the Director of Training at Howell's Indoor Range and Shooting Academy in Gray, Maine. She is a featured host & instructor on Trigger Time TV airing on the Pursuits Channel and co-host of the Civilian Carry Radio podcast. Tatiana spearheads AG & AG's instructor development and member training programs.
