Ann Atkinson

Marketing and sales are conducted by Ann Atkinson and LIV Sotheby's. Ann is a top producer with her company, and has represented Arcadia for more than 25 years. Because of this, she is closely acquainted with Arcadia's sales history and its relationship with Denver's residential brokerage community. She effectively makes the case for Arcadia's integrity and track record. Ann's approach is one that focuses on outreach to the residential brokerage community, specifically those real estate professionals who are most active in central Denver, and have completed transactions with our firm in the past. This can also be described as being "co-op savvy," which well defines her outlook.

Charlie Downing

Architect Charlie Downing is a key factor in the success of Arcadia Properties, Inc. Since its inception, the firm has relied on the creative and collaborative skills of Downing, and he has designed all of its projects. A licensed architect in the State of Colorado, Charlie has directed projects throughout the western United States during his 25 year career, earning numerous awards.

Had Beatty

Had Beatty was a member of the Denver law firm of Holland & Hart for thirty years, except for a five-year period when he was Executive Vice President of the real estate development firm, Daniel Crow Interests. His business law practice focused on mergers, acquisitions and private financing, including venture capital financing. In 1998, Had left the practice of law to assume full-time responsibility for the business and investment activities of the Butcher family. As Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Butcher Company, a Board on which he served seventeen years, he negotiated the sale of that 110-year-old, 350-employee, family-owned company to the S.

Mark Bethel - President

Since its 1991 inception, Mark Bethel has been president of Arcadia Properties, Inc. A 1982 Master's Degree Graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Bethel worked during the first portions of his career as a landscape architect and urban planner. Upon completion of the Master's Degree program, with its emphasis on urban design and real estate economics, Mark worked as a project developer for a variety of mixed use projects at the firms of Daniel Crow Interests, in Denver and at Schnip Development Corporation in Norwich, Connecticut, prior to his formation of Arcadia.
