Enrico Tarchi - CEO

Enrico Tarchi is the Managing Partner of Arkios Legal. He is a member of the firm's corporate department, where his practice focuses on M&A and private equity, principally advising international family office and funds in complex cross-border transactions. He spent several years in top US and UK international law firms, working both in New York, Milan and in the City of London gaining extensive professional experience in M&A, private equity and leverage finance transactions. Enrico is also experienced in real estate matters, especially in trophy assets, hotels and leisure facilities. Recently he has been concentrating on the GCC countries and Iran, having been involved in Islamic finance transactions. He graduated in Law and earned a master 's degree in Corporate Finance at L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome. He attended seminars as speaker in legal matters and contributed several articles on his specialist fields to business newspapers and magazines. Enrico is a member of the Italian Bar and the European Lawyers Association. He is fluent in English, in addition to his native Italian.

Federica Dell'Orto

Federica Dell'Orto is a New York based attorney, she has extensive experience in immigration, international, human rights law and in complex litigation matters. For years Ms. Dell'Orto has represented clients in Court during removal proceedings as well as in asylum, bond, cancellation of removal and adjustment hearings. She has also matured ample experience with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Dell'Orto has an international legal education background. She was born in Italy where she obtained her JD from the University of Milan focusing on EU and International Law. She completed an LL.M in Los Angeles, in Public International Law and became licensed to practice law in California. She is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She served as Chair of the International Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, the primary professional organization for private and Government lawyers and judges sitting in federal courts in the United States. She is currently past Chair of the Section and is a representative of the Federal Bar at the United Nations through the Association's consultative status. Ms. Dell'Orto periodically publishes articles in multiple legal journals discussing the latest developments in the field of International, Human Rights and Immigration Law and advocating for the furtherance of civil and constitutional rights as well as the development of domestic policies aimed at protecting them.

Lorenzo Gianello

Lorenzo Gianello is managing the Luxemburg office of Arkios Legal and the founder of Finconsulting Sarl, a Luxembourg independent provider of implementation, administration and management services to the full range of investment structures. He currently serves as primary advisor to several asset management groups, investments funds, securitisation platforms and corporate services providers, and is partner of Colombo & Partners Srl, an alternative investment advisory company offering support services to institutions and family offices. Lorenzo obtained a bachelor degree in law from University of Roma Tre and was awarded an international diploma in business administration with distinction from University of California Berkeley. He worked for Merrill Lynch in the USA and for ABN AMRO Group in Italy and has been residing in Luxembourg since 2006, where he has managed a large number of structuring and restructuring projects on behalf of banks, financial institutions of different size and type, and family offices. Lorenzo has a deep and broad experience both in investment management and creation, structural management and improvement of a variety of investment vehicles. He is member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, the Luxembourg Institute of Directors and the Alumni Association of University of California Berkeley.

Salvatore Vitale

Salvatore Vitale qualified as an attorney-at-law in Italy in 1985. Besides having also practiced with some primary Italian (Chiomenti), American (Baker & McKenzie) and English (Eversheds) law firms, he has held positions as Head of Legal Affairs for the whole European Area of the Telecom Italia Group (2000-2002), Head of Contracts of Alitalia-Italian Airlines (1993-2000), European Counsel of Texas Instruments Inc. (1990-1993), and Contract Manager of Bombardier Transportation (in 2011, contract for the production and supply to Trenitalia of 50 high speed ETR1000 trains). He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Telecom Italia International, the Supervisory Board of MALEV-Hungarian Airlines, the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia, and the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Bucharest and Romania. Salvatore graduated in 1982 with honours from the University of Siena Law School (Italy), gained in 1985 as a Fulbright Scholar his MCL-Master in International and Comparative Laws at Southern Methodist University Law School (Dallas, U.S.A), and in 1998 a Ph.D. in International Law of Economics at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), which course he then taught as a Professor from 1998 until 2009 at LUISS University (Rome, Italy) and at Siena University Law School (Italy). He has published a book on the legal aspects of international securitization transactions, and several articles on structured financing, international investments, aircraft repossession and aviation law. Salvatore's areas of expertise include M&A, Project Finance, Cross-Border Aircraft Financing and Leasing, Aviation, Trains and Transportation Law, Telecommunication Law, Government Contracts.

John Leopoldo Fiorilla di Santa Croce is Of Counsel to Arkios Legal. His diverse corporate experience encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and securities-related matters both in Europe and the United States. John is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the District of Columbia, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Ninth, District of Columbia and Federal Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. In his capacity as an Adviser to the Nunciature of the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations, John advises the Holy See (the State of Vatican City) on matters concerning public international law and represents the Holy See in the General Assembly and at other United Nations bodies.
