She graduated with a bachelors degree in Digital Media Production with an emphasis is Digital Cinema. She loves talking to new people & finding the perfect crew for every client. In her free time - she enjoys playing with her 2 corgis, crocheting, going for coffee & spending days on the beach!

Our Crews are all Staff Directors of Photography and have years of experience. From Dallas apprentice, Cooper Patterson: A couple of months into my apprenticeship, I met a man who goes by the name Ivory and has an interesting career. He breeds and sells python and other various snakes. I've decided I wanted to interview him and film him with his snakes.
As COO, Courtney oversees business operations, development, staff, client relationships, equipment purchases, company budgets and 5000+ shoot days for all of the Media Content Services entities. Simply put, Courtney gets it done and keeps everything running smoothly. She joined Go To Team in 2012 and has loved every minute since. Her job is anything but normal and is full of fire drills that keeps her on her toes to care of clients and staff. She loves talking with clients to figure out exactly how we can help! Courtney graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Roger Woodruff Senior Managing DP Roger has won an Emmy for his work. Awards and accolades are second to the great energy and hard working attitude he brings to the shoot. Roger is responsible for DPing HGTV's hit "Fixer Upper". Roger's personality is infectious and producers and clients love working with him.

Dustin joined the Assignment Desk team in 2023 after graduating from Western Governors University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Prior to joining the team, Dustin worked 3 years as an EMT. Outside of work Dustin enjoys sports, and spending time with his family. Dustin is happy to help with any and all of your accounting needs.

Elkie joined Assignment Desk in June 2021 after moving to Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from Clemson University in 2019 majoring in Sociology with a field in criminology and double minor in Spanish & Communication. She's the pop culture queen (or biggest nerd) of the office especially when it comes to the newest movies or television shows. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her cat, spend time with friends/family and catch up on the latest episodes of her favorite shows.
Erin joined Go To Team in 2014 after graduating from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. While at USC Upstate - Erin was a captain of the D1 softball team. As General Manager, Erin manages over 25 employees in the office and field and oversees over 2500 shoot days per year. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, Emma, and son, Tripp.
Hallie joined the Assignment Desk team in September 2024 after relocating to Charleston upon her graduation from the University of South Carolina. With a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications and a concentration in Sports Media, she enjoys working closely with clients to bring their projects to life. Hayden Broomhead, Go To Crew's Director of Photography, has recently relocated to the dynamic city of Toronto, ON, to lead the launch of our Toronto office. With extensive experience and a passion for capturing unforgettable moments, Hayden is ready to help bring your vision to life!
Hollis joined the Assignment Desk team in 2020. Prior to coming aboard, he gained experience across multiple industries to include engineering, public accounting, and commercial real estate rentals and development. Hollis attended College of Charleston, studying Accounting and continued his educational background attaining his CPA license.
Hailing from Oxford, Mississippi, Jalen has now made Charlotte his new home. He got his start behind the camera as a combat photographer in the Marine Corps and has since gone on to work for ESPN, Major League Soccer, XFL, and E! Network.
Joe calls Austin, Texas home! He's worked in the production industry for 7+ years, working up through the ranks through local news. In addition to her office role, Julia is a commercial dancer, collaborating with local events & organizations. Kailee Hood is a Production Manager with Assignment Desk. Armed with a contagious positive energy, Kailee leads the team in providing top-notch customer service for corporate and broadcast clients. Seasoned in crew hiring, Kailee's past experience working in sports, event planning, & hospitality has contributed to her successfully coordinating & overseeing 2500 + shoots a year for the past 5 years with Assignment Desk. Gravitating toward the unique shoots, Kailee guides the team on how to decipher shoot specifications, and ensures seamless communication between crew and end clients.

Initiated as the first Video Production Coordinator for Go To Team in 2001, Robin has been focused on building strong relationships with Assignment Desk's clients since 2014.
As GM, Robin trains, supports, and leads a team of coordinators who have the resources to book over 2500 video and still photography shoots a year. Striving to uphold a reputation of providing quick customer service, Robin is eager to jump in and help identify solutions to meet corporate, broadcast, sports industry, and advertising agencies production requirements.
Robin graduated from the University of North Dakota where she was a swimming student-athlete and part of four conference championship teams in her four years. Outside of work, you'll find Robin working out or recuperating, spending time with her husband, three children, and of course, her dog Isla.
You know you're in great hands when Ryan Brower is on your shoot. He's a seasoned pro in all things video production and he's ready to bring his expertise to your shoot. He's currently based in DC but frequently travels and is ready to roll on your next production.
Ryan Brower is Go To Team's DC cameraman. Originally from Charleston, Ryan is ready to bring his unique touch to DC. His freelance experience in full-service production gave him insight into both the client side and production side of storytelling.
He has a background not only in shooting but in post-production as well. He's an editor's best friend giving them handles, angles, and more content than a producer could ask for in a given shoot day. His work with high-end clients like HGTV, Volvo, TBS, and The Weather Channel has shaped his shooting to make everything he shoots broadcast quality no matter the audience.
He can't wait to help the people of his new home in DC tell their stories!

After graduating from Florida State University in 2023, Sara moved from Florida to join Go To Team. As a Production Coordinator, she enjoys helping the team book shoots across the country and communicating with clients to make them happen. Sara loves all things girly including Taylor Swift, drinking wine, glitter, and going to the beach. Go Noles!

Shawn Moffatt joined Go To Team in 2006 as Operations Manager and Managing Partner. On the business side, Shawn focuses on growing Go To Team through mergers and acquisitions by connecting the dots and leveraging connections to try and solve huge problems in the media industry. He's in charge of business development, market expansion, and overseeing the employees in the organization. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism.
After graduation, he edited for WIS-TV then moved to ABC affiliate, WOLO-TV as a videographer and live truck operator. From there, Shawn served as a director for WJCL-TV in Savannah, WCSC-TV in Charleston and KOIN in Portland. While at KOIN, he directed the 2003 "Rose Festival Parade", a two-hour live broadcast featuring a nine-camera shoot with jib and helicopter crews, which were aired in major West Coast market areas. Shawn returned to Charleston as operations supervisor for WCSC-TV for all news production staff and programing. Out of the office, Shawn is spending time with his wife and three children.
Zach is ready to roll in Houston! He's worked in the production industry for several years, working up through the ranks and now is our Houston DP. He has a passion for telling stories. He loves being behind the camera and working with clients to bring their vision to life.
Go To Team DP Zach Reed is ready to for what ever project you have in mind! Need someone to help you Make Cool TV? He calls Los Angeles home but is constantly travels to the entire state of California to cover major Network News, Weather, Sports and entertainment pieces.
Zach Reed, from Eagle Scout to cameraman is always prepared for whatever your project may need. Zach fell in love with imagery photographing his backpacking trips all over the west coast. Always wanting to tell a story he moved into video and made it his life's mission to be the best DP he could be.
After going to school for production, Zach worked producing and shooting classroom videos for a national non-profit group covering education in southern California. Moving from that to working in the medical technology field creating riveting patient stories and marketing videos. After working with a mentor from NFL Films, Zach knew he wanted to make the jump to working in TV.
Combining technical skill with aesthetic creativity he is ready to showcase his abilities and bring stories to life with beautiful imagery. Fully loaded with a Suburban with the top gear he has been shooting sports, technology, corporate events and everything else in between. Zach is prepared to Make Cool TV and tell your story.
