With technology and project management professional working experience at GIST Ltd and BNY Mellon in the UK and USA, Ahmed Joined Etisalat Nigeria in 2008 as one of its pioneer staff; helping to launch Etisalat as the 4th Network in the Nigerian Telecoms Industry. Seeking a more challenging environment, Ahmed joined Avalon as a project coordinator looking after our portfolio from inception and has since delivered several projects under the Avalon banner. He revels in organisational improvement initiatives such as process redesign, organisation structures, development and recruitment. He holds a masters degree in International Technology Management from the University of Warwick UK and a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication Systems & Software Engineering from the University of Greenwich UK. Ahmed speaks three languages and is an avid polo supporter and a keen rower.

Alhaji Tajudeen Owoyemi, the chairman and founder of Avalon Intercontinental ltd is a seasoned and chartered civil engineer with over 35 years working in the industry. His profession career began after graduating from the Kaduna polytechnic, Kaduna Nigeria. With 4 large hotels constructed to date under his leadership, Alhaji Owoyemi has grown Avalon into one of the leading hotel management and construction companies in the country." It is not a far fetched notion that the name AVALON is sometimes used as a verb to describe projects successfully delivered. "His eye for business opportunities, unwavering vision and a genuine need to meet the demands of a niche market, has allowed Alhaji Tajudeen Owoyemi to establish companies in the property, hospitality, banking, solid minerals and maritime industries.

Hasan has driven the construction team to new heights since joining the Avalon Group six years ago. His analytical skills in planning large scale multi-discipline construction projects, was further firmed-up following the delivery of three large projects under his supervision. Following his formal education in Syria and his relocation to Nigeria, he has since completed an 8month manageral course in South Africa which has been invaluable in strenghtening his supervisory, managerial and operational efficiency skills.To-date he has successfully completed projects on three continents. A keen swimmer he also enjoys playing chess in his spare time.

A graduate of biomedical science from Kingston University London UK. He went on to complete a masters at the London Metropolitan University UK. This strong formal educational foundation enabled his restructuring and integration of the procurement systems within Avalon Group's Mineral and Mining company. To further cement Kazeem's role within Avalon, his German SAP certification and his MBA in Business Management, obtained from Kingston University London UK ensures his organisational strategies, data analysis and business decisions within Avalon are internationally robust, well founded and weighted. Kazeem's renewable energy and green credentials shines brightly as he continues to champion his passion within the Avalon Group and also partners with various firms using and developing wind turbines and water filtration systems with reverse osmosis at its core.Treating his fellow human right and bringing them along is a driving ethos of his, which has driven his charity work and disabled homes programme. He continues to run mentoring and grassroot pro-grammes through his charities.

Having spent almost 30years working with Marriot Hotels, Majed joined the Avalon Group in 2016 with a promise to streamline the delivery of all future engineering projects. Tapping into his wealth of professional working experience in Egypt and Nigeria, Majed a certified Agricultural Engineer has exalted his formal education in the delivery of several projects under the Avalon banner. He continues to follow up on Avalon's sucessful historic business procedures, policies and associated tools in order to develop processes that are more efficient and always conforming to Avalon's business policies and overall objectives. His strong professional experience has almost entirely been within the hospitality sector showcasing his hands-on managerial style within the Avalon Group.His most pretiguous award to-date is winning the Energy and Water Conservation UK, Ireland, Middle-East, Africa & Asia International Engineer's award in 2009.He speaks two languages fluently and together with his small family enjoys fishing and swimming in his spare time.

Olaitan has spent the best part of her professional career in the legal sector. When she isn't raising operational revenue for and re-branding new hotels; she is developing and upgrading optimal systematic asset management processes and/or disposing off assets within the Avalon group. A Law graduate of the University of Keele, United Kingdom. She went on to obtain a Masters of Law degree, in competition law at UCL (University College London), United Kingdom. She was finally called to bar in 2011 at the Nigerian Law School. To further challenge her self, in 2010 she completed a legal practice course in Corporate and Commercial Law at the College of Law London United Kingdom.Her personal views resonates around harnessing the best in every person, as she feels everyone is gifted with immence potential. She is fully confident that the Avalon brand has become a major player in the hospitality and construction industry in Africa, without being over stretched at any stage.An avid reader, she speaks 4 languages, enjoys the theatre, traveling and collecting contemporary art.
