As President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Broc is responsible for managing the overall operations of the companies. He provides leadership and guidance to ensure the tactical and strategic goals of the organization are achieved. Through his tenure with the companies, starting in February of 2003, Broc has advanced in leadership roles to include Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President of Sales and Operations, Chief Operating Officer and in January of 2016, promoted to President and COO of Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies and Basin Transportation.
As President and COO, Broc is responsible for managing the overall operations of the companies. He provides leadership and guidance to ensure the tactical and strategic goals of the organization are achieved.
David has been with the companies since 2006, when he accepted the position of General Counsel. Prior to that, he was in private practice as a Director of one of Oklahoma's largest law firms. After beginning his career as a trial lawyer, David's practice transitioned to a specialization in all aspects of corporate law. As part of the Basin Management Team, David handles all the legal affairs of the organization and supervises the Human Resources effort.

Jim has worked in the transportation industry for the last 25 years. He has been an over the road truck driver, a trucking company owner, safety director, and an operations manager for multiple trucking companies. Jim is the Operations Manager at Basin Transportation.

John has over 30 years experience in the transportation and environmental services field. His invaluable diversity within the industry allows him to proactively address transportation issues for clients and our staff. He has managed operations for fleets up to 145 tractors and 300 trailers. John is the Transportation Manager at Basin Transportation.
In 2003 he co-founded Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies which now also includes Basin Transportation, adding to several other businesses he has owned and operated throughout his career. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma (P.E. No. 13999). In 1974 he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, and later in 1987, he received a Master of Science degree in Economics and Engineering, both degrees from the University of Oklahoma. During his career he has served key management positions for multiple companies while managing personnel and directing day to day operations. He is currently the CEO of both Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies and Basin Transportation.
In 2003, Holleyman co-founded and serves as CEO of Basin Environmental & Safety Technologies and Basin Transportation. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma (P.E. No. 13999).

Steve has been in the transportation industry for over 30 years. He has experience in many aspects of the industry, including but not limited to, CDL driver, safety director, repairs / maintenance and operations. Currently, Steve oversees the Safety/Compliance department at Basin Transportation.
