BCA

Membership in BCA, a private club, is open to natural persons without regard to race, creed or religion. By virtue of one's membership in the Club, each such member (i) shall automatically become subject to these Bylaws, and (ii) accepts and agrees to be bound by all Club rules and to pay all dues, assessments and/or other fees imposed by the BCA and its Board pursuant to its authority under these Bylaws.
