CHRIS EVANS

Chris' is a High-Performance Coach for Key Executives and is the driving force behind Rugby Centurions. His' previous roles include Director of International Relations for the Invictus Games and heading up the Royal Air Force Leadership School. At the latter, Chris delivered leadership training and coaching to over 2000 people each year. Chris has a wide and varied background which includes representing Wales at tennis, becoming the Armed Forces Tennis Captain, Royal Air Force Sportsman of the Year and receiving a Queens Birthdays Honours List Commendation for leadership coaching. Working alongside Sage and Amazon, Chris created and delivered bespoke coaching and mentoring workshops to over 30 fast-growth tech companies. His experience equally spans across the not for profit sector where he has served as an advisor to the Headley Court Charity and remains as a Trustee and Board Member for Halton UK.

HOLLY NORTON

Holly is a World Champion and multi-World Medalist who is training for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Holly has been an elite sportswomen for more than 8 years and thrives in high performance environments. Off the water, Holly founded Norton Designs, a bespoke website design agency, as she throughly enjoys the balance of being an elite athlete and an entrepreneur. Born and bred in Southern Africa, Holly then studied and worked in the United States. Hollys' resume boasts plenty of worldwide experience, ranging across three different continents. Her passions for business and sports are perfectly coupled in her work with BE Performance Coaching where she has been a founding member of the BE team. At BE, Holly uses the techniques perfected by elite athletes and business leaders to help ambitious individuals achieve their goals, whether personal or business related. Holly is a personable, energised and ambitious individual who is hungry for personal development and group success.

MATTHEW GOTREL

Matt has dedicated much of his life to high performance sport. He has been a part of two of Great Britain's most successful teams. Firstly, as part of the British Sailing Team for two years, before taking up rowing at university, where he eventually joined the Great Britain Rowing Team and became World and Olympic Champion. Following his Gold Medal at the Rio 2016 Olympics, Matt has worked as a System Test Engineer for Rolls Royce within the Civil Aerospace industry. Matt excelled within a highly demanding and safety critical environment and worked within a multi-functional team. He has now taken the opportunity to return to Sailing and is a member of the Great Britain SailGP Team which will be competing around the World in the newly announced SailGP.

TOM MITCHELL

While completing his postgraduate degree at Oxford University, Tom began his full-time position on the England 7's squad. Tom has been a member of the England squad since 2012, and he has captained the squad for the last five years. During Tom's captaincy, the team have claimed three World Series Tournament victories and medalled at many others. Of these medals, the Commonwealth bronze and World Cup silver from 2018 rank amongst the most notable. In 2016, Tom led the first ever men's Team GB 7s team to Olympic silver in Rio.
