Alvi is one of the three Beraldo brothers who co-own Bercon, and has been working in the industry alongside his family since 1992.
Prior to that, he worked in banking, holding progressively responsible positions in Commercial Banking and Risk Management with Barclay's Bank of Canada and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
Alvi holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and an HBA from the University of Windsor.
Co-owner and Vice President, Dennis first joined the industry when he began working with the Venetor Group in 1997, where he held key management positions across many different departments within the business.
He holds both a BA in Humanities from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Education from St. Bonaventure University.

Co-owner and Vice President, Tom holds a BA in Political Science from McMaster University and has worked in the industry alongside his family since 1990.
He held several key positions in the family's previous business, the Venetor Group, before co-founding Bercon with his brothers in 2016 and serving as Vice President ever since.
Sandra joined Bercon in May 2017, but was no stranger to the industry or the Beraldo brothers, having previously worked as Senior Financial Analyst and Accounts Payable Supervisor with the Venetor Group for 12 years.
Sandra also has seven years of experience working with BDO Canada LLP as a Staff Accountant and Tax Practitioner, and holds an MBA from Australian Institute of Business.
