BURLINGTON GYMNASTICS CLUB

The Burlington Gymnastics Club (BGC) is the oldest and largest gymnastics club in the City of Burlington. An award-winning not-for-profit club established in 1968 and a member of Gymnastics Ontario since 1977, BGC has served the Burlington community for over 50 years... BGC is home to two disciplines of gymnastics: artistic and rhythmic. We provide a wide variety of inclusive recreational and competitive programs for gymnasts of all ages and abilities. Our coaches-many of them starting out as BGC gymnasts themselves-are trained through the National Coaching Certification Program and practice Gymnastics Canada Safe Sport and True Sport principles. They participate in regular professional development to hone their skills in providing safe and fun gymnastics that supports the healthy physical and mental development of all gymnasts... BGC is made up of three equally important and independent gymnastics program areas: recreational, competitive women's artistic, and competitive rhythmic.
