Ben started in the transport industry on the east coast at a young age, doing a mechanical apprenticeship, then driving on the east coast and central NSW/VIC. He moved to NT/SA in the mid 1990s driving road trains before moving to Western Australia.
Born into the family business, Cameron followed in his dad's footsteps from the start. Also trained as a Diesel Fitter, he is committed to keeping the Bishops fleet growing and in top condition.

Gavin has been involved in the transport industry more than 34 years . He started driving in New Zealand before coming to Australia. Gavin has experienced most types of transport - stock, tippers, general freight, oversize. Gavin spent 7 years working interstate and security work before joining Bishops Transport in 2005 and has been here ever since.
Geoff Bishop started G Bishop's Transport in 1972 with just one truck. Although much has changed over the years, with business flourishing and growing to a fleet of over 130 pieces of equipment, the important values the business commenced with have stayed the same. We've retained the culture of a family-owned business, where customer satisfaction comes first while complying with all regulatory requirements.
Born and raised in Perth, Geoff is a Fitter & Turner by trade. A veteran of the dirt road days, he bought his first truck at age 25. More than 45 years and thousands of kilometres later, he still likes to get behind the wheel.

After driving road trains throughout Australia for 25 years, Geoff settled in the Kimberley 12 years ago to manage a depot doing offshore logistics. 6 years later he became part of the Bishop's Transport team, managing our Derby Depot and then moving on to manage our Broome Depot.
Guy has a family history in the transport industry. He has 15 years experience in all parts of the transport, from deliveries, dealing with customers and loading all types of freight. Guy has 10 years of driving road trains in the Kimberley and the Northern Territory. Guy has been living and working in and around Kununurra all his life, so you know you will be dealing with a local.
Jess joined Bishops in admin before moving to the Operations Supervisor position in Perth running Bishops fleet north, after concurring Perth decided to try something new and join the Pilbara team to gain more experience. As Jess started from the bottom she is well experienced for any challenge and is willing to sort any logistical challenge.

After driving in the northwest for 12 years, Mick settled in Perth and worked his way up through the transport ranks to management level. Joining Bishops in 2008, he now ensures we are compliant with all rules and regulations, and keeps the business running smoothly.

Also known as Barney, Tony classifies as a local after moving to Derby back in 1977. He's worked in the Construction & Mining sector, and driven road trains up and down the Australian dirt roads before joining the team in 2012. When he's not in the yard, you'll find him volunteering in the community, be it the Sea Rescue or the fun run at the High School.
