John C. Bush

Bush is a member owner in the the law firm of Bush, Motto, Creen, Koury & Halligan, P.L.C. and is licensed to practice law in Iowa, Illinois and Texas. John practiced law for 30 years in Dallas, Texas and has returned home to Iowa to finish his career with oldest brother and mentor, Michael K. Bush. Mr. John Bush's practice will continue to focus on representing those who have been injured through the negligence or intentional misconduct of others. In addition, Mr. Bush regularly represents clients in contractual and insurance related disputes. Mr. Bush has received the highest AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell rating service for highest ethical standards and legal ability. When he isn't at work, John participates in bar and civic activities and enjoys youth coaching. For twelve years, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and as President of Hearts and Hammers, a nonprofit organization which refurbishes homes for the elderly and disabled. Since that time, John continues to be involved in charitable and civic activities. John and his wife, Donna have four wonderful children and are active members at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Davenport, Iowa.

Joseph C. Creen

​Joe Creen is an experienced ​general trial attorney with 30 years of trial experience, in personal injury, brain injury, property damage, business, construction, contract and probate litigation. For the past 20 years his practice in personal injury cases involves helping those who were injured or killed in car accidents, falls, faulty products, and who suffered physical injury, brain injury or death of a loved one. ​ Joe Creen graduated from the University of Notre Dame (BA) (honor role), and from Drake Law School (JD). He served in the VISTA program as a volunteer on the south side of Chicago, legal aide office. While at Drake Law School, he clerked for the US Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and a Des Moines defense litigation law firm, and the Iowa Attorney General office. ​Joe, an ​Iowa native,​ is ​married to his spouse of over 30 years. He and his wife raised two children and ​love spending time with them and the three grandchildren. For over 20 years he has coached youth basketball and helped form the Future Lady Knights Basketball club. He is has been a mock trial coach and judge. He is active in the Catholic schools, serves on church and school boards. He has taught CCD classes and youth ministry. He is actively involved in local community civic groups, and received the William Waterman Lawyer Volunteer and Pro-Bono Award. Meena Brandt

Meena Brandt has been practicing law for over 6 years. While in law school, she clerked for the Judges in the Seventh Judicial District. Meena specializes in trial litigation cases in Iowa. She has experience with both civil and criminal trials. She has tried many criminal cases in front of juries, including charges of Operating While Intoxicated and Murder in the First Degree. She has represented clients in both jury and bench trials. Meena knows that litigation and court can be complicated and stressful. She employs a holistic approach when trying cases to better achieve her client's goals. She represents and defends individuals in multiple areas of the law, including family law, criminal law, administrative law and other areas of the law. He joined the law firm in 2002, after practicing law at a large law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Michael A. Koury grew up in Davenport, Iowa, graduated from Central High School, and attended and graduated from Luther College, Magna Cum Laude in 1997 (BA). He graduated from law school at the University of Iowa College of Law in 2000 (JD) with high distinction and has been in private practice ever since. A large part of Michael's law practice involves business and commercial real estate law, guiding clients through complex and difficult legal transactions. Michael also has a litigation practice focusing on business and real estate matters.

Bill has over 32 years of experience in the practice of law, specializing in civil trial litigation in Iowa, Illinois, and Federal trial courts. Bill represents and defends individuals, insurance carriers and businesses involving losses, damage and claims, such as car crashes, fire losses, premises liability incidents, and product liability claims. He has a broad-based law practice that includes property damage claims and personal injury claims, including traumatic brain injury claims.
