Allison started working in the insurance industry aer being a stay-at-home mom for many years and looking to change careers. Allison got her broker license in October 2021 and joined her husband Erik at the family business. Allison focuses primarily on travel and wedding insurance at the brokerage and enjoys helping her clients with these exci&ng &mes in their lives.
Allison grew up in Stra(ord, ON and moved to Oshawa to a+end Durham College. She graduated with her diploma in Human Services Counselling and worked many years with adults who have disabili&es. In 2009, she married Erik Bradley and they have two boys, Harrison and Emme+, who keep her busy with all their ac&vi&es. In her spare &me, Allison enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, baking, gardening, and keeping ac&ve and healthy with her family and friends.
Allison enjoys working with her clients and giving them piece of mind when it comes to their travel and wedding needs.

Erik is the fourth generation owner of Bradley Bros Insurance and has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Originally getting his start at Pilot Insurance as an underwriter, Erik developed his skills on the company side before moving into the broker channel. He worked at Bradley Bros Insurance under his Father Robert and Uncle Phil before taking over the brokerage in 2018. Erik graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and while there was the captain of the Men's Golf Team when they won the OUA Championship. To this day, Erik is an avid golfer in the summer and also enjoys fishing, hockey and baseball. In the winter you can find him downhill skiing with his family at Brimacombe. Erik has a wife, Allison and two sons, Harrison and Emmett. Erik is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated not only in the insurance industry, but to our brokerage and our employees. He will go above and beyond to service our clients the way his great-grandfather and the others before him intended.

Janice has been in the Insurance industry for 33 years. She worked on the insurance side of things with Wawanesa, Aviva and Intact. In 2015 Janice decided to get her Registered Insurance Broker license and joined the Bradley Bros. family where she would ideally like to stay until the time comes to retire.
When not at work Janice enjoys reading, gardening, spending time with her 3 adult children and having water gun/balloon fights with her 3 grandsons.

Lisa has been working in the insurance industry since 1991 as a file clerk/receptionist. In 1993 she decided to complete the RIBO course and became a licensed Insurance Broker in 1995. Lisa joined the Bradley Bros. family in 2012 and intends to stay until the time comes to retire.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband of 33 years and grown twins whether they are at home or at their cottage. She enjoys relaxing with a good book, long walks, being outdoors and adventurous rides on their ATV's.

Mike started in the insurance industry in 1997 after joining his grandfather's firm, Dehart & Stauffer Insurance Brokers. He worked his way up to eventually running the business and decided, after 20 years, a change was required. Mike chose to leave Dehart & Stauffer, and moved into underwriting and insurance consulting, where he gained a new perspective on the insurance industry. In May, 2021, Mike decided to return to the broker role, joining Bradley Brothers Insurance in May 2021.
Mike's grandfather, Wilson Stauffer, taught him that honest/thorough client evaluation is the core to being a valued insurance broker and he holds that to this day, ensuring that his clients are well informed and insured.
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and kids travelling and camping during the summer. He is an avid "Sports Junky" and has been involved in several sports as a player, referee, and coach. During the summer you can find him on the golf course, or kayaking up north. In the winter, he enjoys skiing and is a committed hockey and curling fan. Mike is also an honoured member of both the Durham College and Ontario College Athletic Association Sports Hall of Fame.
Tracy worked in the property management industry for 22 years, worked as Chiropractic assistant for 3 years and joined the Bradley Bros. family in February of 2020 as Receptionist/Bookkeeper.
When not working, Tracy enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and spending time with her husband, adult kids, family and friends.
