Geraldine brings the unique blend of over 15 years of interior design experience, and the skills of an accomplished studio artist, to the tasks of creating comfortable and captivating interiors for Cape Arundel's cottage models, and inviting and versatile Community Center buildings. Her goal is to help prospective cottage owners imagine themselves living and relaxing in the homes they have fashioned for themselves, and enjoying the beauty and amenities of the Cottage Preserve's common facilities.

Joe Paolini

Joe's vision for the Cape Arundel Cottages Preserve was influenced by both the site's natural beauty and his understanding of the growing desire for people to recreate their summer cottage experiences for their children and grandchildren. With decades of experience in real estate and facilities planning, Joe is building a high-quality community designed to take advantage of all the site offers. Joe's career has included the development of millions of square feet of commercial space and the creation of hundreds of high-quality custom spec homes.

Kim White-Rogers

Job Titles:
  • Director of Marketing, Cape Arundel Cottages Preserve
A native of the area, Kim is dedicated to helping her clients find the right cottage to meet their vacation needs - whether they want a family summer getaway or seasonal retreat. She is experienced in seasonal resort cottage sales and enjoys leading Cape Arundel tours so that visitors can see for themselves why this seasonal resort community is Maine living at its best.

Leslie Fanger

Leslie brings to life the scenic landscape of the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, incorporating established vegetation surrounded by lush Maine's woods. A registered landscape architect with more than 25 years of experience, Leslie is using her keen eye and astute sense of place to create a welcoming and inviting place to call home.

Rick Light

Rick Licht launched his Maine civil engineering, planning and project management firm in 2010. LED provides project management, design and permitting of site development projects, with a focus on sustainability. Rick has nearly 25 years of experience in civil engineering and environmental permitting.

Stephen A. Sousa

With more than 20 years experience in design and architecture, Stephen has worked with a variety of industry leaders on all types of design and building projects. His projects include numerous residential, hospitality, and retail developments. Stephen is a registered architect, NCARB certified, and a member of The American Institute of Architects.
