The dissemination and storage of the regulated information relevant to the Company are performed through the dissemination and storage systems named, respectively, eMarket SDIR and eMarket STORAGE. Both systems are available at www.emarketstorage.com and managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A., having its registered office in Foro Buonaparte 10, Milan.
Carlotta Rossi Luciani, was born in Piove di Sacco (province of Padua) on October 31, 1982. She holds a degree in Industrial Design from the Italian Design School of Padua, and a Master's Degree in Lean Management from the University Corporate Organization Center of Altavilla Vicentina (province of Vicenza). From 2009 to 2012 she was a graphic designer for a number of companies and joined Carel in 2013, specializing in the "lean" sector. Since January 2017 she has been Lean Development Office Manager for Carel Adriatic d.o.o. Carlotta Rossi Luciani is the daughter of Luigi Rossi Luciani.

Cinzia Donalisio was born in La Spezia on August 11, 1960. She obtained a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa in 1984. She held a number of managerial positions, mostly in financing and insurance related roles, in companies such as Olivetti S.p.A., Ericsson Telecomunicazioni S.p.A., SIA S.p.A. and Thesia S.p.A. From 2011 and 2012, she was the Head of Banking Division of Wincor-Nixdorf S.p.A. Since 2013, she has been a founding shareholder and she is also a managing partner of Governance Advisory S.r.l., which provides support to companies in the development of corporate strategies and corporate governance policies.

Francesco Nalini was born in Frascati (province of Rome) on June 25, 1973. He obtained a degree in Engineering Management from the University of Padua in 1997, worked at McKinsey from 2001 to 2002 and, from 2002 to 2005, was ICT Manager at Errennegi S.r.l. He joined the Company in 2005, where he served as Director of Operations before becoming General Manager and Director of the Company. Francesco Nalini is the son of Luigi Nalini.

Giampiero Grosso, born in Cagliari in 1973, graduated in Law from the University of Cagliari.
He worked in Milan for around 10 years in various internationally renowned advertising agencies gaining sound experience in the field of corporate communication. In 2009 he moved to Enìa S.p.A., a multi-utility in Emilia, and worked in its marketing and communications division. Following the merger of Enìa S.p.A. with IRIDE S.p.A. and the consequent establishment of IREN S.p.A. he moved to the Investor Relations department of the latter where he was involved in the management of the Group's website (IR section), the preparation of financial press releases and for maintaining constant contact with financial analysts and both institutional and retail investors.
In August 2018 he was appointed Investor Relations and Corporate Communication Manager of CAREL Industries S.p.A. and reports directly to the CEO. He also gained the status of CFA Charterholder in the same year.
Giandomenico Lombello graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Padua and, after four years' experience in the biomedical sector, joined Carel in 1988 where he held various positions within the Group taking on posts of increasing responsibility reaching lastly Sales and Marketing Director starting from 2008.
Luigi Nalini was born in Rome on April 8, 1946. In 1970, he obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from "La Sapienza" University of Rome. He began his career with the Hiross Group, initially as R&D Manager and then Technical Director. From 1988 to 1997, as co-founding shareholder, he served as Technical Director and General Manager of Uniflair S.p.A. He is one of the Company's founders and has been Executive Director since 1997. Luigi Nalini is the father of Francesco Nalini.
Luigi Rossi Luciani was born in Piove di Sacco (province of Padua), on March 9, 1945. After earning a diploma in accounting, he began his business career in 1966, founding Nastrificio Victor S.p.A. in Piove di Sacco (Padua), where he currently serves as Chairman. Since the 1990s he has been involved in various business associations; in particular, from 2000 to 2005 he was Chairman of Confindustria (General Confederation of Italian Industry) for the Veneto region and a member of Confindustria's executive board. He is one of the Company's founders and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Luigi Rossi Luciani is the father of Carlotta Rossi Luciani.

Graduated in Information Science at the Università Statale in Milano, she gained thirty years of experience in the field of Information Technology in service and product companies. She has held roles of increasing responsibility, including that of General Manager and Chief Executive Officer, in public and private business contexts organizing and managing international teams.

Marina Manna was born in Foggia on June 26, 1960. She obtained a degree in Economics and Business from the Ca' Foscari University of Venice in 1984. She covered positions in the management and control bodies of various corporations. From 2014 to 2017, she was a member of the board of directors of Stefanel S.p.a. Since 2015, she has been a member of the board of directors of Carraro S.p.A. and Banco di Napoli S.p.A.
Graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna in 1998, his career path started in Deloitte & Touche by carrying out auditing and consultancy assignments with listed and non-listed groups until he took the position of Senior Manager. From 2007 to 2012 he worked in the Lotto Sport Italia Group, initially with the qualification of Administrative and Financial Director and then with the role of Administrative, Financial and Control Director. From 2012 to 2016 he assumed responsibility for the Worldwide Administrative Department of the Safilo Group. In the period between 2016 and April 2020 he was CFO of the Nice Group.
