Carrickfergus Cycling Club is a recreational club that promotes cycling at all levels. We welcome both novice and seasoned riders alike. We aim to accommodate all levels and we will never leave you to ride home alone. Give us a go and start riding in a group of like minded people... Currently we have club runs on a Saturday and Sunday leaving from Rumours cafe at 9am. These runs are tailored to suit all levels and depending on numbers we will normally have three runs, an A Run,B Run and a C run.The C Run is at a slower pace and will help to develop each individual's performance and stamina. We normally stop for coffee during the ride so everybody has a chance to refuel. We are a social club and our runs are tailored to be friendly, fun and at times hilly. Our aim is to teach people about cycling, improve fitness and meet new people.
