Chief Operations Officer Joey Nichols works closely with AI-software designers at RMEx on the operations and technology side to develop new products and processes. Joey is an active member of ACHE, HFMA, and MGMA.
With 44 years in accounts receivable management and an extensive history of HFMA leadership roles, Marc is uniquely positioned to deliver high performance solutions to health care systems, utilizing advanced technology and human capital.
Part of CBC's success for more than 20 years, Penny is responsible for day-to-day operations, where she is known for her knowledge and guidance on company procedures and performance.
With CBC since 2000, Wanda oversees the collectors and collection efforts and is the daily point of contact for operational matters related to all clients' contracts.
