We are providers of frozen Day Old Chicks (DOCs). We are an NPIP tested facility both at the breeder and the hatchery level... The product is then cooled before boxing and then put in a blast freezer to provide best quality. Our goal is to provide our falconry and rehab friends with the highest quality product at a very reasonable price. We are a year round facility. We generally keep 30,000 frozen doc's on hand at all times... We have been in the chick hatching business all of our lives. Our history includes a hatchery which originated in 1962 in CT and MA. We moved to Interlaken, NY in 1987. We became Westwind Farms in 1995 and we built our new hatchery in 2006 in Interlaken, NY. Today our younger family members, Kelsey, Brian, and Dennis have joined the company and we are now called Westwind Poultry Farms, LLC.
