Daniel Huang is a graduate of Tongji University in Electromechanical Engineering and Automation. He has practiced in a broad spectrum, including preparation and prosecution for patent applications in English, German and Portuguese, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation and patent search. Mr. Huang has been involved in the patent invalidation and infringement lawsuit for an Australian patentee. In addition, he has conducted patent search analysis on novelty patentability for the region's industry leading company. He has also engaged in Knorr-Bremse's braking system training course and maintenance technology seminar as well as the traction motor maintenance technology seminar of Siemens.
Mr. Huang has profound comprehension of intellectual property law and is proficient in the practice involving domestic and foreign patent applications. He has handled more than 2,000 patent applications and dozens of cases including invalidation and infringement lawsuits. He has extensive experience in patent analysis and portfolio management. Besides, Mr. Huang has organized and attended many training conferences and lectured on intellectual property issues. He is good at introducing patent and trademark knowledge on the basis of case and has won recognitions from students.
Since practicing in the area of intellectual property in 1996, Mr. Lai has been committed to putting clients' interest first and providing the clients with efficient patent solutions. Mr. Lai not only has deep expertise in a wide range of patent practice such as patent search, drafting, response to office action, reexamination, but also is experienced in patent invalidation and patent infringement litigation. He has been involved in many research projects on patent mining in new high-tech companies, and is responsible for the training and data quality monitoring for dozens of patent analyses, patent navigation and intellectual property evaluations.
Mr. Bai joined Chuanmo in March 2015 as a patent attorney, and he focuses his practice on patent application, reexamination, invalidation, assignment, license and infringement. He has handled the analysis and response to the office actions for hundreds of foreign patent applications and has further gained experience in intellectual property. With a solid technical background, extensive experience as a patent attorney and a down-to-earth style of work, Mr. Bai has also taken on the task of verification for new applications and the IP training work.

Mr. Ling joined Chuanmo since 2018, and has been practicing in a wide spectrum of trademark affairs for both domestic and overseas clients. He has handled various trademark matters in both Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong, including trademark applications, oppositions, dispute and cancellation. He has served clients from ecommerce, telecommunication, retail, luxury goods, apparel, food and other fields, and has accumulated rich experience in trademark portfolio management and procurements, overall trademark protection strategies, as well as well-known trademark protection.
Lynn Wang graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Law. She received Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ms. Wang was engaged in R&D at Shenzhen Huichuan Technology Co. After becoming a patent attorney, she worked in a Shenzhen intellectual property firm, providing a full range of intellectual property consulting services including patent and trademark for a number of leading enterprises. She is good at accurately diagnosing the problems and weaknesses of the enterprise's intellectual property system, customizing the intellectual property services for the enterprise according to the local conditions and helping the enterprise to build up a comprehensive protection system of intellectual property rights.

Ms. Wang has provided intellectual property counseling services to JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd. and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.,Ltd. Ms. Wang has handled at least 36 patent application cases for ENERTECHNOS LIMITED (China) with her solid professional knowledge and English skills. She also specializes in trademark search, registration, assignment, opposition and revocation. Up to now, Ms. Wang has handled more than 700 patent applications, responses to examination opinions, and patent reexaminations, etc. She is trusted by new and old clients for her solid professional knowledge and charisma.
Megan Xiong graduated from Tianjin University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in Energy and Power Engineering. She worked as a senior HVAC engineer at Guangdong Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., where she acquired extensive technical knowledge. In particular, she has a solid professional foundation and rich research experience in green energy-related technologies and electromechanical equipment and automation. After that, Ms. Xiong joined the fast-growing industry of Intellectual Property as a patent attorney.
With more than 10 years of experience in the IP industry, Ms. Xiong has strong practical experience in patent portfolio planning and cross-border IP services. She has served a lot of well-known enterprises at home and abroad. Mr. Big Face graduated from Miaomiao University, majoring in food engineering. He joined Chuanmo as a patent paralegal after graduation.
He is responsible for the daily pest elimination of the office. Unfortunately, he has not met his Jerry so far. In addition, he is quite knowledgeable in food and good at tasting high-protein foods such as beef, chicken breast, pork, eggs etc. At work, he has a keen sense of smell, extremely high vigilance and insight into various new things, which basically could not escape his eyes.
