Avery graduated from Skyline High School in August of 2020. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys theatre, watching movies, and reading poetry.
Avery has worked at Clear Title since October of 2020. She started out helping Allison with final policies and then moved up to be the front desk receptionist putting in new orders and ordering payoffs. She has now been moved into the processing position. Avery loves the fast pace of the job and is looking forward to what the future holds for her at Clear Title.

Brittany joined our team in August 2021. She is the daughter of Bill and Vickie Tribus, owners of Clear Title. Brittany graduated from James Madison University in 2011, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before starting her career with Clear Title, Brittany worked with at-risk youth for 7 years, where she dedicated herself to providing support to children with behavioral and mental disabilities. For the past 2 years, Brittany has been fortunate to stay at home with her two children, Blake (8 years old) and Olivia (5 years old).
Crystal is a Warren County native and has been in the business for 16 years. She began her experience as a title examiner. She came to Clear Title & Escrow in 2004 and has been an integral part of the team. Crystal has grown to be the senior processor at the company and takes on the additional role as mentor to the other processors. Her commitment to the job is unwavering.
Crystal handles about 40 files per month and is responsible for tending to the needs of many of our clients. Her positive attitude and dedication is an example for all.

JoAnn (Jo) is from Warren County. She loves spending time with her two grandsons, family, and friends.

Jordan got her first glimpse into the real estate and title industries at the start of 2021 when she became a Loan Signing Agent. Since then she has helped close hundreds of transactions in the Hampton Roads area. Local to Virginia Beach, Jordan graduated from Kellam High School in 2015 and is the mother of two beautiful boys.
As part of the Clear Title & Escrow team, she is dedicated to helping the company grow and expand into new areas along with building and strengthening relationships within the industry.

Missy has been married to Billy Sperry since 1993. They have two children, a son and a daughter. Their daughter, Allison, has been working at Clear Title since June 2016.

Tim has been in and around the title industry for more than fifteen years. Throughout his career, he has closed several thousand real estate transactions, and successfully developed and nurtured ongoing business relationships.
With a passion for real estate and technology, Tim has spent time traveling with top industry leaders, including executives of the American Land Title Association, learning how to help move the great title industry forward. Over the last year, he has been responsible for creating all new orders, introducing new technology, navigating title software, and closing real estate transactions. Tim lives in Front Royal with his girlfriend Millie, daughter Morgan, and dog Bailey.

In 2004, Vickie Tribus had the courage to open Clear Title & Escrow and the couple never looked back. Now retired, Vickie is still closely involved and her original vision for the company carries on. Clear Title can service the entire state of VA and is willing to do whatever it takes within the limits of the law to get the transaction closed. This includes, but is not limited to closing loans in the home, on the weekends, and in remote locations.

Bill Tribus is the owner of Clear Title & Escrow and a licensed settlement agent. He is a graduate of William & Mary and brought his family to northern VA in 1992. Bill started his career in the real estate industry in 1996 and has been closing residential real estate transactions since then. He has lived in Front Royal for the past 23 years with his wife Vickie, who had the courage to open Clear Title & Escrow in 2004.
Bill prides himself on customer service and considers it a privilege to be part of the real estate transaction. He also takes a great deal of pride in the service that his staff provides. You can count on him always being available to help you achieve your home-ownership goals.
