Katie M. Clemm

Katie graduated from Villanova University in 2012 and from the Villanova Law School in 2015. She began her legal career as an associate with the firm of Clemm and Associates, LLC and continues to work for the firm as an associate. In one major construction defect case, she has taken over 70 depositions and is currently involved in multiple litigation cases, preparing several of those cases for trial. Katie also volunteers as a Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project participating attorney. She also successfully completed the Villanova Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Mark C. Clemm

Mark graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and from the Dickinson School of Law in 1982. He began his legal career as an associate with the firm of High, Swartz, Roberts and Seidel in Norristown, Pennsylvania and became a partner there in 1989. In 1990, Mark left that firm and cofounded a new firm known as Cutler and Clemm, P.C., located in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. He remained as the President of that firm until December 31, 2014. On January 1, 2015, he started a new firm with his daughter, Katie M. Clemm, Esquire who graduated from Villanova Law School. Mark has continuously practiced law for 34 years with his practice focused on business transactions and litigation, construction, title insurance, personal injury, motor vehicle, product liability, medical malpractice and professional negligence litigation, all aspects of real estate transactions and litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and zoning and land development. The geographical focus of his practice is Montgomery County Pennsylvania and all of the surrounding counties; however, he has handled cases in multiple counties throughout Pennsylvania. He also has handled cases in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey federal courts as well as the federal courts of various other states. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts as well as the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
