Terry Hill has been in the custom home building and property management business since 1986. He specializes in highly customized renovation projects as well as home organization. When Terry met Neil Balter, the founder of California Closets, in 2001, he furthered his focus in custom closet and garage organizers servicing the state of Michigan. Mr. Hill started his career working in construction management for a large newspaper organization in Houston, Texas. He moved to Michigan in 1991 and became Vice President for a national property management company responsible for renovating and managing apartment and condominium complexes throughout 7 states responsible for over 10,000 units. Over the past 25 years in these roles, he has gained extensive experience in managing both commercial and residential construction projects of varying scale and complexity.
