(1) Integrated 3D Design - We start with Autodesk Revit to create of 'smart' 3D models of sites and buildings. We typically model home/building designs by others placed and integrated on the surveyor's site topography. This 3D model is used to create detailed construction plans, sections, and elevations. Most of our work is in Texas but we can offer our Integrated Design service for any site on the planet (where local rules allow it). Our most recent non-Texas project was a Structural Insulated Panel based home design for California.
