Hi, my name is Dalong, my family and friends call me Dal for short. I was born deaf, but that didn't stop me from doing the things I love to do. I've always been artistic and a hands on kinda guy. I fell in love with sushi when I tried it for the first time at my uncle's restaurant. After graduating from high school I went to work at Honjin Sushi and worked there for over eight years, and what a great eight years that was. I learned so much, made lots of friends, and met all kinds of people.
