Mentoring.I have worked with a variety of businesses and managed many young designers in handling projects from beginning concept through final design. My strengths are to make sure the project meets the client's needs while pulling out the strengths of the individual designer. Understanding the client's audience, user experience and the concept behind the design keeps the projected focused for strong results.
