Alannah Hall-Smith

As Executive Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs, Alannah Hall-Smith oversees the worldwide communications and positioning strategy for Disney Experiences, where she also serves on the Chairman's Executive Committee. Under Alannah's leadership, the Communications and Public Affairs team manages a strategic mix of programs and plans that advance the business, enhance reputation, engage key stakeholders, and maintain relevancy with audiences around the world. Her global organization includes corporate communications, public relations, influencer engagement, creative content, social media strategy, executive engagement, employee communications, community relations, government relations, corporate citizenship, communications events, and business-to-business communications. Alannah joined Disney in 2005 as vice president, Corporate Communications, Asia Pacific Region, overseeing the company's regional communications activities for business operations and strategic initiatives. After living in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years, she relocated to Shanghai in 2015, taking an increased focus on communications for Disney's operations in that market and expanding her overall scope as vice president, Corporate Communications, Asia Pacific and Japan. She moved to California in 2018 upon assuming leadership of Communications and Public Affairs at Disney Experiences. Prior to joining Disney, Alannah held senior agency roles and has an extensive communications background working with multinational clients across the Asia Pacific region. Alannah is native to Australia and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University. She was also a Founding Board Member of Women Media Networks, a not-for-profit organization that provides members with professional support, leadership development, and networking opportunities.

Bruce Vaughn

As chief creative officer of Walt Disney Imagineering, Bruce Vaughn co-leads the global, multidisciplinary team behind the creation of Disney's theme parks, attractions, resorts, cruise ships and entertainment experiences. In particular, he focuses on innovative ways to transform Disney's extensive collection of beloved franchises, characters and stories into groundbreaking immersive experiences that delight guests around the world. In 2023 Bruce rejoined Imagineering from Airbnb, where he was vice president, experiential creative product, concentrating on creating meaningful connections between travelers and locals around the world through authentic experiences. Prior to that role, Bruce was the CEO and CCO of Dreamscape Immersive, where he worked with teams to advance virtual reality technologies to create an entirely new form of mainstream location-based entertainment. Bruce first joined Imagineering in 1993 as a senior technical specialist and went on into several roles of increasing responsibility. Beyond his work at Imagineering he has been involved in efforts across various divisions of The Walt Disney Company that include Consumer Products, Feature Animation, Internet, Location-Based Entertainment, Music, Television, and Theatrical. Prior to his original stint with Imagineering, Bruce worked on the technical staff of Associates & Ferren, where he contributed to the development and execution of special effects for various media projects. He has received several screen credits for feature films, including Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989) and Imposter (2001). Bruce has led R&D teams that received Thea (Themed Entertainment Awards) awards for Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for Buccaneer Gold, Stitch's Photo Phone, and Lucky the Dino. Bruce graduated cum laude from Colgate University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and a minor in art history.

Gail Evans - EVP

Gail Evans is Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO) for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. In her role, she oversees the strategy, development, and implementation of digital and technology strategies across all of the segment's businesses around the world. Gail leads a global multi-disciplinary team of digital, technology, product, data, and operations professionals. In addition to delivering innovative technology solutions, under Gail's leadership, the team delivers a growing portfolio of products and experiences like MagicBand+ and Hey Disney!, bringing the digital and physical together and extending Disney's legendary storytelling into a boundless future. Gail brings decades of experience transforming leading organizations by leveraging the power of technology to drive growth, effect digital transformation, and build new business models. She most recently served as Mercer's first Chief Digital Officer. Prior to Mercer, she held senior leadership positions spanning various industries, including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, and several positions at Eastman Kodak Company, including CIO of Eastman Kodak's Consumer Digital business. In recognition of these achievements and others, in May 2019, Gail was selected as a finalist for the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award. In November 2018, Gail received the Phenom Award from the Digital Diversity Network, which honors trailblazers in the digital media and technology sectors. She was also recognized as one of the Top 100 Chief Digital Officers by her peers at hottopics.ht and Hewlett Packard. Gail holds a bachelor's degree from Nazareth College and an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School. Jeff Vahle

Jeff Vahle is president of Walt Disney World Resort, America's largest single-site workplace. Now in his 34 th year with Disney Experiences, Jeff oversees a workforce of approximately 80,000 Cast Members at four theme parks, more than 25 resort hotels, two water parks, a sports complex, a shopping/dining/entertainment district, behind-the-scenes facilities support and much more. Altogether, the organization he leads has been responsible for creating some 263,000 jobs throughout the State of Florida. In addition to his duties at Walt Disney World, Jeff oversees Worldwide Safety and Health, Engineering and Sourcing for Disney Experiences worldwide. In the four years since assuming this role, Jeff and team have opened Remy's Ratatouille Adventure; Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind; Tron Light Cycle / Run; Journey of Water, inspired by Moana; and new nighttime spectaculars at both the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT theme parks. He has also overseen the renovation of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, expansion of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and the openings of numerous food-and-beverage locations at Walt Disney World parks, resorts, and the Disney Springs shopping, dining and entertainment district. Kevin Lansberry is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Disney Experiences. In his role, Kevin is responsible for the financial planning and fiscal management of domestic and international theme parks and resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, Walt Disney Imagineering, Revenue Management and Analytics, Global Business Development, and Consumer Products. In his 37 years with the company, Kevin has held a wide breadth of roles domestically at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts in Finance, Business Development, Alliances and Operations. In 2007, Kevin accepted an operational role as Vice President, Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World Resort. His responsibilities later expanded to incorporate Transportation Operations, as well as Sports and Golf Operations. Later, he moved into the position of Vice President, Disney's Animal Kingdom. In 2010, he was named Senior Vice President, Worldwide Travel Operations, where he led the worldwide call centers and consumer direct sales operations for all parks and resorts locations. Kevin served as Senior Vice President, Revenue Management and Analytics for the parks and resorts segment, then became Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, Domestic Business in 2013, adding the international businesses in 2015. Kevin assumed the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, in May 2017, which was expanded in March of 2018 to include Consumer Products. He also served as the interim Chief Financial Officer for The Walt Disney Company from July through December 2023. Lisa Becket

Louise Pentland

Prior to Disney, Louise was the Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer at PayPal Inc. During her seven years at PayPal, Louise oversaw many corporate functions, including Legal, IP, HR, Corporate Communications, Corporate Security, Aviation, ESG and Government Affairs. Louise was a key strategist and driver of the company's transformation in digital payments and e-commerce. An expert negotiator across global markets, she was critical in equipping PayPal to expand aggressively and successfully into new markets as well as cryptocurrency. Before joining PayPal, Louise served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Nokia Corporation, where she managed the legal, regulatory, compliance, and government relations organizations globally. She also led M&A integration at Nokia and managed a P&L that generated more than a billion euros in annual revenue from IP. Louise has served on the board of Hitachi Ltd since 2015, Pacific Mutual Holding Company since 2020, and Experian PLC since November 2022, where she is also the Chair of the Remuneration Committee. She also serves as a board member on the non-profit BECA board. She was on the board of Nokia Siemens Networks from 2012 to 2014. She was also a director of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley. Outside of work, she provides legal support to victims of domestic violence and works with several organizations focused on human rights and at-risk children seeking asylum. Tami oversees the teams that lead diversity and inclusion, learning and development, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and workforce strategy systems and analytics for the entire DPEP segment. Prior to this role, Tami served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, where she developed and implemented human resource strategies and programs to align the global business needs across the organization. She was also head of HR during the development phase of Shanghai Disney Resort. Tami joined The Walt Disney Company in 1990 as part of the Global Mobility team for Walt Disney Imagineering. She held various positions at WDI, ultimately overseeing all human resources activities at Imagineering. In that leadership capacity, she helped establish HR functions for WDI at Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland. Thomas Mazloum

Thomas Mazloum is the president of Disney Signature Experiences, leading eight key growth businesses for the Disney Experiences segment including Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, Golden Oak, Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, Disney Institute and Storyliving by Disney. Thomas continues to shape the future of the cruise industry, leading the teams responsible for Disney Cruise Line's award-winning operation that includes five cruise ships, Disney Castaway Cay in The Bahamas and cruise terminals in Port Canaveral and Port Everglades, all of which showcase immersive family entertainment, enchanting storytelling and world-class service. With Thomas's leadership, Disney Cruise Line is significantly expanding its offerings on a global scale with three new ships, including the Disney Adventure, which will sail from Singapore; a second island destination in The Bahamas, Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, which opens in June 2024; and additional ports of call in new regions.
