Janine graduated from San Diego State Univierty with a Master's Degree in Accountancy. She is a valuble member of the team with excellent skills in accounting, payroll, tax compliance and researches, and helping clients communicate and resolve issues with tax authorities.
John is the founder of D&W CPA's. He holds a master's degree in accountancy (tax) and is a certifiied public accounant and member of AICPA and CalCPA. He has 17 years of public accounting experience and was a senior tax manager at a top 8 US public firm before founding D&W CPA's. John has deep expertise in complex tax matters and rich experience dealing with IRS and FTB. He is also knowlegeable in business mergers and acquisitions and has led or been involved in many M&A deals.
Wendy is a CPA and holds double master degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration. She joined the firm in 2016 and brought with her extensive knowledge and experience in corporate accounting. Before joining the firm, she had worked at both venture capital funded startups and fortune 500 companies. She is an expert in international and inter-company accounting, managing foreign entites, internal controls, and accounting system conversions.
