April graduated from Kansas State University's nationally-ranked design program. As a designer, she is constantly innovating and solving challenges to bring creativity and high-quality design to her clients.
A Nebraska native, Caity graduated from Kansas State University with a master's degree in interior architecture and product design. Collaborating with our design teams, Caity adds an unsurpassed level of interior architecture to all of our projects.
An architect licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey, Caryn is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Her career has focused on interior architecture, and she has extensive commercial design and project management experience working on projects in the corporate, religious, and healthcare fields.

Christina graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University's design program with an emphasis in business. As Creative Director, Christina is an expert in blending and selecting textiles-creating a one-of-a-kind fashion-inspired design for your home.
New York native Dominique oversees the Professional Services Division, with responsibilities including design, client relations, training, procedure, and business development. An interior designer at Design West for more than 15 years, she graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with degrees in both interior design and art history.
Edgar oversees the interior architectural drafting and cabinetry design division for Design West. With a degree from The College of Architecture, Planning, and Design at Kansas State University and more than 20 years of experience, he has a strong understanding of structural and mechanical building systems. Edgar focuses on the technical aspect of all projects, from conception with clients to the completion of working drawings necessary to carry out the design intent.
With an interior design degree from the University of Florida and experience in the field, Eliety has the skills to critically analyze a space and find the best design solutions for each client.
Glenn's illustrious career spans 40 years and includes nationally and internationally renowned interior design projects. Based in Naples, Florida, Glenn leverages his world-class design expertise to create award-winning interiors in collaboration with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Glenn's multi-faceted design background and leadership experience are valuable assets he brings to Design West as its founder and CEO. With his comprehensive "Design Profile" approach, Glenn realizes his client's visions, taking them confidently from concept to completion.
Glenn's dedication to philanthropy is as strong as his passion for home design. As the creator and U.S. patent holder of Furniture for the Cure, a distinctive line of furniture that features the breast cancer ribbon in its sophisticated and artistic designs, Glenn makes significant contributions to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research.
Named one of Florida's top 25 designers in Design and Decor magazine, JoAnna has worked at Design West for more than two decades. After excelling in the Professional Service Division, she switched gears to be behind the scenes with the Design West Operations team where she now coordinates aspects of purchasing, logistics, and finance. JoAnna has a BS in interior design from Florida State University.

Julianne has been a leader in the sales industry for more than 25 years and excels in building strong customer relationships.
With a decade of experience, Katrina graduated from Florida International University with a master's degree in interior architecture. Her keen eye for detail and exquisite taste make her a go-to for creating elegant and timeless spaces.
Kay's background in commercial and residential design, spanning all styles, brings versatility to her work. Her goal is to always curate unique and timeless spaces that reflect the visions and needs of her clients.
Kelly began her design career curating luxury furniture, gaining knowledge of quality construction and materials, after graduating with a B.S. in interior design from High Point University in North Carolina. Now her focus on communication and client relations help her to design with success.
Kim graduated summa cum laude from Savannah College of Art & Design with a degree in interior design. She has been with Design West for eight years and is experienced in high-end residential, pre-construction, and renovation projects with a focus on creating cohesive designs that translate through all of a project's spaces.
McKenna received her bachelor's degree in interior design from Kansas State University. Mckenna has experience in hospitality design and is an expert in the technical side of design, always keeping our team up to date with the latest trends.

With nearly a decade of experience as a luxury interior designer Morgan holds a bachelor's degree in interior design and has been featured in Architectural Digest, Forbes, and Luxe Interiors. She is driven by her passion for bringing her clients' visions to life, creating stunning designs that reflect their unique styles and personalities.
An award-winning cabinet designer, Pat has built a stellar reputation in the cabinetry industry for 35+ years. He has deep experience in cosmetic welding, CNC machine work, cabinet layout design, and purchasing-as well as varied personal interests from art to music to racing.
Shirley graduated from Pratt Institute in New York City with a BFA in interior design. With creativity and innovation, she creates reflections of her clients' personalities within their homes.
