Andrew Littlemore

Andrew graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Politics degree and then completed the Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Chester. Initially working for a North West firm in their Insurance Litigation department, Andrew joined Dunne & Co in 2001 qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002, becoming an Associate in 2004 and then Partner in 2007. Andrew has a keen interest in Civil claims for damages (from low value claims to claims of complexity and high value) and extensive experience of dealing with claims through the Court process. He has well over 20 years experience in the industry. Andrew deals with claims from inception to the conclusion and will draft the documents including statements and schedules of damages. Andrew has a vast knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and how they should be interpreted and applied. Andrew specialises in all areas of personal injury law and deals with claims arising out of bike accidents, car accidents, accidents at work, accidents on the highway and public liability claims (e.g. slipping in a shop). Having been involved in a serious cycling accident himself, he is able to draw on his own experience when understanding the need of a client. Outside of work Andrew enjoys a healthy lifestyle spending time with his young family, cycling (4,000 to 5,000 miles per year) and following Bolton Wanderers where he is a season ticket holder.

Claire Egan

Claire joined Dunne & Co in 2004. Completing her qualifications at the Firm she quickly progressed to the position of Partner in October 2010. Claire's career has been based on assisting Claimants who have been injured through no fault of their own. It is of great importance to Claire that Claimants feel supported in the process of a claim. No matter what the value in monetary terms, the value of feeling a sense of justice by making a claim is of utmost importance. Outside of work Claire primarily spends time with her family travelling between the UK and the US.

Diane Cheung

Diane graduated from University of Manchester with a BA in Accounting and Law. She first joined the firm in 2004 and did her training contract with the firm. Diane specialises in Personal Injury and civil Litigation. She has a varied caseload dealing with road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability cases and dental negligence. It is important for Diane for all her Clients to get justice and maximum compensation. In her spare time, Diane enjoys helping dogs' charities and spending time with her dog.

Keren Edmondson

Keren has been with the firm for over 20 years, having joined as a trainee solicitor in 1999. Keren qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 before becoming an Associate in 2004 and then a Partner in 2009. Keren has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of personal injury cases, including road traffic accidents (particularly as a bike accident solicitor), accidents at work, public liability accidents and dental negligence claims, both pre and post litigation. She deals with cases of all values and complexity and is experienced in dealing with litigation. Keren deals with every aspect of a case from the initial enquiry right up until the conclusion, which enables her to develop good relationships with her clients and achieve the best outcomes for them. Outside of work, Keren is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Mr Eamonn Dunne

Our Managing Partner, Mr Eamonn Dunne, set up the Firm in 1998 having had valuable experience in the Insurance industry. As a result we are a specialist Personal Injury Firm who knows how the insurers think and their tactics meaning that we are in a privileged position to get our clients the best results. We are also a diverse Firm which has adjusted to market changes and many changes in Protocols implicated by the Government over the past 25 years. Eamonn initially worked in the Insurance Claims Industry for Eagle star Insurance, now Zurich, and very quickly became a Claims Inspector investigating and negotiating all types of claims of claims with a particular emphasis on Employers Liability / Industrial Accidents. He completed his Law Degree and Solicitors exams in the evenings whilst continuing work in the field. Upon qualification in 1998 he established the firm with two former partners.

Oliver Brumby

​Oliver is a medical negligence lawyer predominantly dealing with dental negligence claims. Oliver qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has extensive experience handling a wide range of cases including accidents at work, industrial accident compensation, public liability and defective product cases. Oliver has acted for many Claimants who have suffered injuries which include multiple broken bones, developed epilepsy, electrocution and crush injuries. Oliver is a keen cyclist himself and has acted for Claimants who have suffered life changing injuries whilst cycling or participating in other sporting activities.
