Ahron Walter - CFO, Treasurer

Ahron Walter serves as Treasurer and CFO of Edgewood REIT. Prior to joining Edgewood REIT, Ahron served as CFO of a Fargo based technology company, Appareo from early in the company's founding. He was involved in the rapid growth of Appareo, which was recognized as the fastest growing engineering company in the country in 2011 by Inc Magazine. He was also involved in the creation of several subsidiary companies, including Intelligent Ag, which later became a joint venture between Appareo and AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AGCO). Prior to Appareo, Ahron served on active duty as an intelligence analyst for the U.S. Navy and National Security Agency covering various missions throughout Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim. Ahron graduated summa cum laude from Hawaii Pacific University and currently resides with his wife and two children in Fargo, North Dakota.

Dale Klein

Mr. Klein was raised on a farm in North Dakota that he helped work until he graduated from high school. After serving two years in the US Army he was honorably discharged in 1974. Dale attended college at North Dakota State University and studied agricultural economics. He managed a restaurant, lounge and motel complex known as Chieftain Motor Lodge in Carrington for 18 years, until 1992, when he built a 40-unit Super 8 Motel that he owned and operated for five years. Mr. Klein was asked to become an investor and partner with Edgewood Vista Co. in 1995. His area of responsibility was chief construction manager for all of the new facilities. He helped to expand Edgewood Vista from 1996 to 2009 with assisted living, independent living, memory care and senior housing developments. Mr. Klein is vice president of construction management for Edgewood Development Group, LLC. Dale and his wife, Mary, reside in Fargo, North Dakota, and have two children.

Dennis J. Elbert

Mr. Elbert is the dean of the College of Business and Public Administration at the University of North Dakota. Dennis is a retired dean emeritus and professor of marketing for the College of Business and Public Administration (CoBPA) at the University of North Dakota (UND). He continues to be involved in university and community service, consulting, research, and seminar work. He served as chair of the 2017 GF/EGF United Way Campaign. Mr. Elbert has served or is serving on several boards of directors including Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Dakota, Noridian Administrative Services, Altru Health Systems, YMCA, Newman Parish Council, GF Chamber of Commerce, US Bank Advisory Committee, Cirrus Industries, Northern Lights Executive Council BSA, Edgewood REIT, WPS - Military & Veterans Health Council, Sky Scopes, Beta Gamma Sigma and Gate City Bank. Mr. Elbert has BSBA and MS degrees from UND, and a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri - Columbia. A veteran of Vietnam and Cambodia, Elbert is a UND ROTC graduate, retired from the US Army Reserve as a lieutenant colonel in 1996. He and his wife, Dora Lea, live in Grand Forks and have three children and five grandchildren.

James R. Hansen

James R. Hansen is the newest member of the Board. Currently Mr. Hansen is the Owner and Manager of Hansen Investments, which includes an ABRA Auto Body and Glass franchise. Previously, he was an owner of Avis Auto Rental in Grand Forks, Auto Finance Super Center, Inc. and a partner in Hansen Automotive Group, and Hansen Cycle and Marine. All located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Mr. Hansen graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1968, and was a member of the US Army between 1968 and 1974. He is married to MaryDale (Youngern) and has three children.

Jon E. Strinden - Founder

Mr. Strinden is a co-founder of Edgewood Real Estate Investment Trust and president of Edgewood Real Estate Investment Trust and Edgewood Properties Management, LLC. Prior to Mr. Strinden's association with the REIT, he was a practicing attorney in Fargo, North Dakota. From 2010 to 2014 he was a shareholder/officer in the Fredrikson & Byron P.A. law firm and served as co-manager of the Fargo, North Dakota, office. Prior to that he was a partner in the international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Mr. Strinden is also a certified public accountant [inactive] and a member of the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and business and tax planning. He has been recognized by a number of organizations including Best Lawyers in America; America's Leading Business Lawyers by Chambers USA (Corporate/Commercial Law); and as a Great Plains Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law and Politics. Mr. Strinden was a founder and advisor to Sterling Real Estate Investment Trust, a North Dakota real estate investment trust; a board member of SpaceAge Synthetics, LLC; former chairman of the board of trustees of the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System; former chairman of the board of trustees of Bethany Homes; and a former board member of United Way of Cass-Clay.

Kevin Ritterman

Mr. Ritterman is president/owner of Dakota Commercial, a multimillion-dollar commercial real estate firm that develops commercial, retail, office, multi-family and industrial developments. The firm manages 400,000 sq. ft. of office/retail properties and 1,200 multi-family units. He brokers and leases retail, office and warehouse commercial real estate; arranges financing through local lenders, life insurance companies or pension funds for developments; and handles all aspects of development - brokering, leasing, planning, organizing and construction management. In his career, he has developed, guided and monitored over $85 million of commercial real estate development and construction management projects in the past 25 years. He holds a Real Estate Broker's License in both North Dakota and Minnesota. Kevin and his wife, Courtney, have two children and reside in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Mark Dosch

Mr. Dosch has been a ND state representative since 2000. Born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota, he is a 1980 graduate of Bismarck State College with an associated of arts degree in business administration and a 1982 graduate of the University of North Dakota (UND) with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, majoring in banking and finance, with a minor in accounting. Dosch spent 10 years working for Bank Center First as a vice president - commercial loan officer. In 1992 Dosch jointed Coulter Lodging Inc. and was named general manager of the Expressway Inn Bismarck. The company expanded with the building of the Expressway Suites of Bismarck in 1997 and in the Expressway Suites of Fargo in 2008. Dosch is now the president of Coulter Lodging and along with his wife, Debra, owns the two Bismarck Hotels. Dosch is also president of Expressway Hospitality and Dosch Hospitality. Dosch is past chairman and former board member of the Convention and Visitors Bureau where he served for 20 years. Dosch is married to his wife, Debra, of 30 years and has three children, Isaac, Joseph and Alexis.

Nola McNeally - Chief Legal Officer

Ms. McNeally serves as general counsel of Edgewood REIT. Prior to Ms. McNeally's association with the Edgewood REIT, she was a practicing attorney in Fargo, North Dakota. She was an officer with the Fredrikson & Byron P.A.law firm. Prior to joining Fredrikson she was an attorney with the international law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP for 10 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. McNeally was a paralegal for six years. Ms. McNeally has significant experience in areas of mergers and acquisitions, Blue Sky securities, corporate finance, and real estate. Ms. McNeally graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law, JD with distinction in 2000, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. She is licensed in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Cullen Children's Foundation, Fargo Marathon, Inc. and the Dakota Medical Foundation. Ms. McNeally was born and raised in Glen Ullin, North Dakota, and lives with her husband and two daughters in Fargo, North Dakota.

Peggy J. Becker

Phil Gisi - Founder

Mr. Gisi is co-founder and board member of Edgewood Real Estate Investment Trust. He is also the founder and Chairman/CEO of Edgewood Healthcare, which operates 64 senior housing facilities with over 4,100 beds in Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Edgewood Healthcare also provides home care, therapy services, home health and hospice services across the upper Midwest. Gisi is the Chairman/CEO of Aspire Clinical Intelligence, LLC, a start-up that developed and operates a dynamic electronic health record focused on services performed in the home and assisted living facilities. Gisi also owns Legacy Family Medicine LLC, which operates and staffs home-based primary care services. Over the past 28 years, the Edgewood-related companies together have grown into one of the largest privately held senior housing and home-based healthcare provider in the upper Midwest. Together the companies employ about 3,200 people. Gisi is also the founder and Chairman/CEO of Senior Healthcare Innovation Consortium Inc, a non-profit education and scientific research company dedicated to enhancing the quality, safety and cost effectiveness of home-based healthcare services provided to seniors. Mr. Gisi was raised on a farm near New Rockford, North Dakota, and is a 1982 graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting. Gisi first served as the CFO for an oil field service and construction company from 1982 to 1985. From 1986 to 1996, Gisi served as the vice president/CFO, and president/CEO for St. Joseph's/UniMed Medical Center, a 200-bed regional hospital in Minot, North Dakota. Mr. Gisi's past board experience includes INREIT Properties (now Sterling Multifamily Trust), the East Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce (where Gisi served as chair), and the Alumni Advisory Council of the University of North Dakota College of Business and Public Administration. From 2009 to 2020 Gisi served as a community board member and secretary of Altru Health System of Grand Forks, ND, and from 2009 to 2021 a board member of the University of North Dakota Alumni Association Foundation. Gisi also served on the board of directors of Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Cypress Energy Partners LP (NYSE: "CELP") from 2013 to 2016, during which time the company went public. Mr. Gisi continues to be active on local boards including board advisor for Red Trail Energy LLC, an ethanol plant located in Richardton, North Dakota; board member for the UND Center for Innovation Foundation in Grand Forks; board member and secretary of Altru Care Flight, an air ambulance service based in Grand Forks; and an advisor to the Dakota Venture Group, a UND student-run venture capital company. Gisi is also the majority owner and chairman/CEO of Sanders 322 Demers LLC, which owns Sky's Fine Dining and The Opal Event Center in downtown Grand Forks. Phil and his wife, Patricia, have two children and live in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Roger Domres - Founder

Roger Domres is a co-founder of Edgewood Real Estate Investment Trust and serves as an advisor and marketing director to the company. Prior to co-founding the REIT, Mr. Domres founded and managed Sterling Real Estate Investment Trust. He has been involved in the real estate investment trust business since 1990, beginning his career with Investors Real Estate Investment Trust where he served as marketing director, raising capital for the firm and assisting in taking REIT public in 1997. His involvement in investment banking spans a 25-year career raising capital for many private and public companies. A native of North Dakota, Mr. Domres was raised in Towner, where his family was involved in the newspaper business for over 60 years.
