EISNER CRAFTSMEN

We grew up on 20 acres of forest outside of Chapel Hill, NC in beautiful Chatham County and have been around forestry and carpentry all our lives. We love making quality furniture and other timber products... At Eisner Craftsmen, all of the lumber for our furniture is harvested and processed on site. We cut only standing-dead, fall risk, and mature trees to minimize the impact and maintain a healthy forest ecosystem. All lumber is milled on site and all scrap wood is used to heat our workshop and house. After milling, the wood is air dried before spending a minimum of six weeks in our solar kiln. At that point it is ready to be used in our custom woodworking projects or direct sale.
