Aimee joined the Eastern Shore Team in 2020, as a Receptionist. Her passion for warm and inviting personality, coupled with her passion for customer service, made Aimee a natural fit in that role. Fast forward to 2022, and a customer service representative position became available in our personal lines executive unit. Aimee made the transition and we're so glad she did!
A native of Central Square, Aimee and her husband Mike live in Brewerton with their son. In her free time, Aimee enjoys the outdoors, camping, cooking & spending time with her family.

Alan is passionate about building lasting relationships to design a competitively priced insurance program for customers.
Alan grew up in Oswego, NY and is one of seven children. His father owned a local independent insurance agency and his mother taught kindergarten at a catholic school. After high school, Alan went on to college at St. Lawrence University in Canton where he majored in English Writing. After graduating in 1985 with his B.A., he began his insurance career as a commercial underwriter for the Travelers Insurance Company. For the next 16 years, Alan worked for several different insurance companies, but always concentrating on commercial insurance. In 2001, Alan joined Eastern Shore working primarily with business owners to develop and implement an insurance and risk management strategy to control risk.
Alan, his wife Jamie and two adult daughters, have lived in Cicero for over 25 years. Alan is an avid woodworker and enjoys fishing, reading and golfing.

Donna joined Eastern Shore in 1987 and has been the Public Entity Unit Manager since 2003. She is a licensed NYS Property & Casualty Agent/Broker and holds a NYS Notary Public License. Donna also holds an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation and an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.
Eastern Shore's Public Entity unit specializes in meeting the insurance needs for Counties, Cities, Towns, Villages, Volunteer Fire Departments and Public School Districts. We have an exclusive relationship with New York Municipal Insurance Reciprocal (NYMIR) and New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal (NYSIR) which are both non-profit licensed insurance carriers. As a local resident, Donna is happy to service our governmental agencies and know that she is providing them with the best insurance program available for our taxpayers' dollars.
Donna was born and raised in Fulton and currently lives in Granby. In her spare time, Donna enjoys camping, doing craft projects with vinyl, fishing, traveling, spending time with her grandchildren or just relaxing around the fire pit with friends & family.
Eastern Shore Insurance Agency was founded in 1986 when a group of three smaller independent agencies decided to pool their resources to better serve their customers. The focus was to develop "big agency" capabilities, while maintaining the "small agency" approach to conducting business by helping their neighbors. In 1991, Eastern Shore became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, having the employees own a portion of the company. In January, 2009, Eastern Shore became 100% proudly owned by its employees. This creates a culture of teamwork, accountability and communication throughout our agency.
Eryl is dedicated to provide an insurance program that helps secure and protect his clients - today and for years to come. He believes accomplishing this requires building a strong relationship with his clients by understanding their insurance needs and business objectives.
Eryl grew up in the Finger Lakes and has spent most of his life in the region. He resides in Fulton where he enjoys spending time with his wife and visiting his children. As a member of the community, he has been a coach at several levels for baseball, basketball and soccer. His family's pastime, when not attending school, church, and sporting events, is taking in the sites of Upstate New York and visiting with extended family in the area.

Jackie started her insurance career working in a Nationwide Agency in 1988. In 1995 she joined Triple County Agency where she was the office manager. In 2001 she became an employee owner with Eastern Shore /Cleary Insurance Agency working out of the Walworth office as a commercial lines producer. Jackie holds both an agent and broker license and has earned the title Accredited Advisor in Insurance. Jackie believes in going the extra mile, building lasting relationships, and striving to provide the best service and protection to her customers. She specializes in hard to place business.
Jackie is also very active in her community, including involvement as Chair of the Palmyra Republican Committee, Chamber of Commerce Member, Secretary of the Palmyra Skate Park Committee, and an active volunteer in a variety of community events. She has previously served as a local Sunday school teacher, Brownie leader, ESOP Committee member, and Chair to the Canal Town Nursery School. When she is not working or helping in her community, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Some of her favorite past times involve camping, riding motorcycles, hiking, kayaking, and entertaining.
Jane began her insurance career in 1998 in the claims area of expertise; later she transitioned to being a licensed account manager at a large agency in Syracuse. She joined Eastern Shore in 2015 as a personal lines account manager. Today in her role as an Executive Client Advisor, Jane holds our clients' insurance needs in high regard.
Jane lives in West Monroe with her husband Dean. She has a daughter Lacey who lives in Florida. Outside of work, Jane enjoys her family, gardening, fishing and being outdoors.

Jennifer began her tenure in the insurance industry in 1993 as a receptionist and quickly acquired a passion for customer service. She joined the Eastern Shore team in 1996. For over 25 years, Jennifer has enjoyed sharing industry knowledge with her clients, and helping them understand their insurance needs. When the personal lines executive unit was formed, Jennifer knew she was the perfect fit to lead this department.
Jennifer holds a designation as an Accredited Adviser in Insurance - Management (AAI-M) and she is also an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her husband, their children and friends.

Jodi began her tenure in the insurance industry in 1989 as a customer service representative. She joined the Eastern Shore team in 2021 as an Executive Client Advisor. For over 30 years, Jodi has enjoyed helping her clients with their insurance needs. She is passionate in educating her clients to help them understand how they need to be insured to protect their assets.
In her free time, Jodi enjoys golfing, gardening, crafting and spending time with her family and friends.

Jody is passionate about the relationships she builds with Eastern Shore's clients. She has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and personal touch service is extremely important to her. As a local insurance agent, Jody loves being able to educate her insureds about their potential risks, while assuring their assets are protected with the proper insurance coverage.
Jody has worked in our Walworth Office since 2002, earning a Property & Casualty License and an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) Designation during that time. Jody is dedicated to continuous learning to gain new skills, knowledge, and information required to successfully respond to the industry demands.
Jody was born and raised in Palmyra, where she still resides with her husband and three adult children. She is an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Palmyra. In her spare time, Jody enjoys spending time with her family, yard work, fishing, snowmobiling and traveling across the country with her husband on their motorcycle.
Joseph was born into a large family and was raised in Oswego, NY. At 20 years old, Joseph moved to California to pursue a music career and has a degree in Music Performance. He transitioned to the insurance industry in 1976 working as a Financial Planner, and has been helping clients with both personal and commercial insurance needs for over 40 years!
Joseph joined Eastern Shore in 2005 and has developed a marketing focus to Social Clubs and Non-Profit organizations, as well as specializing in Personal Insurance. When he isn't helping clients, he enjoys spending time singing, boating and traveling with his wife, Gia.

Kelly joined Eastern Shore in 2001 and has served in many roles in our personal lines division. Her past titles included account manager, office manager and sales manager. Kelly holds licenses in property/casualty, broker, life, accident and health. She has completed her designation as an Accredited Advisor in Insurance- Management (AAI-M) and now serves as our vice president of personal lines.
Kelly lives in Phoenix with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining, hiking and traveling. Kelly and her family love spending time with their son and his family, even more so now that they are grandparents to a precious granddaughter!

As an agent/broker Kevin is professional, dedicated, and provides superior service for every client he works with.
Kevin has been with Eastern Shore since 1996, but has been working in insurance since 1986. He is knowledgeable and licensed as a PC Agent, PC Broker, and L&H Agent. He and his wife, Alicia, enjoy spending time with their three children, their grandchild, and traveling together.

Kim is super passionate about Eastern Shore's growth and success!
With a background in marketing, management, operations and sales, she brings a variety of talent as Director of Agency Operations. She also serves as the Chair of the ESOP Communications Committee.
Kim grew up working in her family's retail clothing business, so personal-touch customer service and building relationships are really important to her. She values and loves all things small-town, but also understands the scope of business on a higher, larger-level having worked in senior management at a multi-national corporation for nearly fifteen years prior to joining the Eastern Shore team in 2017.
Kim and her husband reside in Sterling with their two daughters. She enjoys being involved in her local community and serves on the Board of Education at the Red Creek Central School District. Outside of work, Kim loves hiking, kayaking, vacationing, golfing and any time she spends with her family.
